Pros:

Location to subway was great.

Having a washing machine facility was fantastic.

Hotel no recomendable para varios dias
Pros:

que había una estacion de metro y parada de bus debajo del hotel y eso es mucha comodidad.

Cons:

Habitación super pequeña y con poca ventilacion, nuestra ventana daba a una pared de un edificio de la calle.
El colchon bastante incomodo y el baño era ENANO, no te podias mover en él, muy incomodo si vas a pasar unos días en Kyoto, no repeteria...

Pros:

The location is perfect for someone that likes doing their travelling on foot because literally everything you need in Kyoto (main station and attractions) can be reached with a 10-30 minute walk

Cons:

The breakfast was really not ok. Unfortunately we prepaid 11 days of breakfast but ended up not using it, because there was so little to eat for us. We all like new foods and are not picky, but breakfast was just not for westerners. Even the stuff that I ate, was not made well. Only 1-2 small items changed per day, no fruit available.
And even more importantly - the washing machine and dryer are cheap but AWFUL. They are so dirty and are clearly never cleaned by staff. I understand its expected that each guests cleans the dryer before using it, but its so dirty that you cant even clean it. Our clothes did not smell great.

Excelente, localização ideal!
Pros:

A localização e equipe do hotel é excelente. O quarto é um pouco apertado, mas acho que segue o padrão de hotéis do Japão e a qualidade de tudo é muito boa. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria.
