Great beachside stay
Pros:

Great value for money. Large room with comfy bed. Beach across the road with private ‘beach club’ with sun loungers.
Small pool on the ground floor - pretty cold so didn’t use. Small gym on the top floor - old equipment but got the job done
Friendly staff
Lots of restaurants nearby
Can borrow bikes free of charge

Cons:

Breakfast doesn’t change at all, some variation for those who stay a few+ days would be good

Bien mais pas exceptionnel
Pros:

Chambre et lit confortable
Belle Sdb avec un grand bain et une douche séparée.
Situation à 100 m de la plage
Personnel de la réception très gentil

Cons:

Balcon très petit sans mobilier. C’est juste pour sécher son maillot et les serviettes
Beach club encore en travaux mais ne sera pas au top même quand il sera fini :
Mobilier assez veux, plage pas très propre et pas bien entretenue.
Nourriture en général pas terrible. Surtout le pdj

Not worth 4 stars.

In my 2 night stay, i had 3 rooms.
First one had more than 20 ants on the walls. Dirty and uncleaned floors, specially behind the cabinet where the ants were coming from.

After complaining i got a other room, ofcourse now more alert for the dirt i noticed the same unclean floors with hairs from other people still there.
The bathroom had mold, and damaged shower.

I requested to cancel my second night but was offered a room upgrade. Like mentioned the staff was super friendly and helpfull. But the damage for me was already done.

The room upgrade was luckily alot more clean and i agreed to stay the second night.

Unfortunately it didn't stay with that. The beach bar also was not good. I went to order a drink and had to wait more then 15 minutes for a beer. Which i had to remind them i ordered. They also brought me a different beer from what i ordered.

I dont know how this hotel got a 4 star rating but its closer to 2 stars.

Dont recommended this stay, it was my worste hotel experience in Vietnam.

The only good thing is the staff being friendly and supportive on trying to fix the issues.

Lovely hotel poor cleaning standard

Close to the beach

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned properly, didn't clean bathroom just left fresh towels, beds were not made properly, the flooring wasn't swept and cleaned, the cleaning of the rooms very below hotel standards unfortunately, shame as the hotel is lovely. Breakfast the staff didn't clean and set tables. We had to find cutlery and ask for assistance when staff were standing around doing nothing was very frustrating.

My first room assigned me had a peculiar smell. Which was immediately awful. I thought the Air Conditiong unit would clear it. After 1 hr. It was worse.
I went to reception to ask to change rooms, it was not possible as the hotel was full (approximately 60 rooms).
I said I'd have to leave, and will require a cash refund in the morning and that I could not stay there.
I determined that the smell was being caused by the air-conditioning unit.
Yes, that bad.
In the morning after breakfast I returned to reception to ask about a refund and me leaving.
Now, at 12:00 midday a change of rooms would be available.
Different room was okay..... until night time..... the bed bugs started biting me.....
The Gym needs a lock on the door.
Dangerous.
The stench coming off the carpet floor tiles is toxic. Rendering the room unusable. I did mention it to reception, they seemed unaware. A cleaning team were sent. They presumably did what they could and also opened 2 windows.
I did not use the Gym during my stay at all, it probably would have been harmful to my health.
Seriously!
The Gym was why I chose to stay at this hotel over others.
Big mistake.
