Prácticamente TODO, el hotel muy cómodo, te dan todas las comodidades y atenciones. Desde agüita fría o caliente en la recepción, seguridad en la entrada durante toda la noche, refill de insumos en el baño, toallas para la alberca.
El hotel super cerca de todo, y el desayuno en el restaurante de un lado. 🥹❤️

Remarcando y SOBRESALTANDO que el hotel colonial tiene como recepcionista a la mejor asesora, vendedora y todologa... la señorita Betzabe. Que en todo momento nos apoyó a mi y a mis 8 familiares, resolviendo dudas, dando recomendaciones y mas aún su apoyo en nuestras actividades. Con mucha paciencia desde antes de mi viaje hasta que llegué a mi destino. Les recomiendo ampliamente el hotel y si Betzabe te esta atendiendo vía telefónica o WhatsApp TE LA RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE, ES TOTALMENTE CONFIABLE ❤️

Solo no me gustó que mi habitación no tenía sillas o mesa para poner las cosas, pero como casi no pasamos tiempo en la habitación no afectó en mucho

Overall, I would recommend choosing this hotel, but if you don't pay attention to the small negative details
Pros:

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the sea, bus station and 5th Avenue. The staff is friendly, especially one of the security guards. The price is equal to the quality.

Cons:

Cleaning was always at different times, which was inconvenient. Wi-Fi worked fine in the room, but not at all in the common areas. The hotel needs cosmetic repairs in the rooms (somewhere small tiles in the shower fell off, somewhere the mirror is already old, etc.), but overall it is cozy and clean.

La habitación con mucho olor a humedad y no te cambian las toallas a tener en cuenta eso, nosotros el primer día dejamos una en el piso confiados que la reponían y solo nos quedó la otra asique a comprar toallas jaja

Not worth the price. Overall quite shabby.
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

It was extremely noisy from the courtyard early in the mornings and late in the evenings.

There was construction work going on all day, which we would have appreciated knowing about in advance. This resulted in construction dust in the pool and a lot of noise.

It took a good 5–7 minutes before the water in the shower even started to get lukewarm. It was barely possible to flush the toilet.

Even though the staff were friendly, this hotel is not worth the price. Easily one of the worst places we’ve stayed at. Overall quite shabby—torn curtains, black spots on the bathroom mirror, and a window facing a wall about 1.5 meters in front of it.

Buena estadía
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, se puede ir caminando a todas partes. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación quedaba para el lado de la calle y se escuchaba todo. A veces el trato de la persona del “front desk” no era la mejor.
Pero en general…todo bien para pasar unos días solamente.

El servicio en recepción es pésimo, no me realizaban el check in por estar vendiendo tours. Sinceramente, están más preocupados por vender los tours que por atender lo que se refiere al hotel

La piscine était très agréable et l’emplacement était pratique pas loin de la station de bus et des départs de ferry

Cons:

Il n’y avait absolument aucune pression dans la douche c’était un très fin filet d’eau non suffisant pour se rincer le corps, et uniquement de l’eau froide, les chambres font vétustes et il n’y avait pas de petite couverture nous avons eu froid !
