I will not recommend this place to anyone visiting Richards Bay
Cons:

Room had dampness / mould, dirty walls, dirty kettle, web hanging from wall. Bathroom was not swept, dustbin and toilet roll holders were rusty. Oil stains on wall by bed - head rest wall like when ppl sit up and rest their head on the wall. Oh and my room was changed from initial booking cos 1st room was even worse. Had friends staying over in other units and their rooms were just as bad. Noise was a crazy factor - couldn’t believe women could be so rowdy and filthy eating chicken and throwing the leftovers in the stairwell

Disappointing, I look forward to a good shower in the morning when traveling, and that I never had.
Pros:

Property was clean, staff pleasant and easy to find. Buffet was good.

Cons:

TV or TV remote never worked, I could still handle that, the big disappointment was that water pressure was terrible and absolutely no hot water.
