My stay was pleasant and the Indaba Lodge staff members are well trained and friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast met my expectations and the staff there are friendly. The restaurant itself is hygienic. Keep up the good work.

Cons:

Thou i was only there for two nights. But please consider the complementary shampoo in your bathroom rather than block soap.

It was good
Pros:

The location was convenient as it was easily accessible

Cons:

If the room can have those " do not disturb/ make my room signs". I got destructed a lot by cleaners each time I wanted to rest as they wanted to clean the room

the hotel spoiled my holiday.
Pros:

I didnt like the breakfast our kids enjoy pan cakes there was none. the dinning hall carpet was very dirty.

Cons:

My bathroom was not clean, the room was smelling very bad it looks like theres water coming in when its raining, the lace curtaints was full of mould, the pillows were smelling very bad and corridors where un attended too dirty

The pool was very dirty my kids didn't swim,there was no ironing board and hair dry in a room,bath tower wasn't enough for 4 kids,the room was not smelling fresh during check in time,the outside bar area was very dirty we were not happy as we wanted to take pictures

Next to my room was a balcony nd they never cleaned it nd pls provide table , chairs nd ash tray so that if you are a smoker , it will be easy for you to smoke there

The standard of the room was that of Sun1, at the 3 star price point.
Pros:

That it had parking and shaded parking for other lots. There was someone tending to the telephone at reception and they were helpful when asked for anything.

Cons:

The cleanliness is the rooms. The sheets were white, however the pillow protector were giving “not clean”. They left towels of different colors in the room, one of which had chemical burns stains on it. This wasn’t really nice.
The the threat of penalty for the use of iron and ironing board is not a nice touch. I felt rushed for using something that the hotel should have available for me in the room.
Albeit there was a little poster explaining the reason for the hotel not to have a shampoo or the shower gel, this should be indicated on their advert here on Bookings.Com because I don’t want to use soap, I’d rather have an option to have my shower gel.
