To much noise
Just perfekt - clean and comfortable room, friendly and smiling staff. Great location for the Beach front where I went for a run every morning. Ended up staying an extra night - not because of Phan Thiet - but because the room was so nice.
The property is new and in a convenient location.
The facilities are not clean. Every single towel we got had stains or were dirty. Even the new towels we requested were dirty. The beds springs poke at you and the sheets aren’t clean either. It feels even dirtier after they come in to “clean” your room. When we came back in, there were ants in the room. There were never enough hot water. We had a party of five split between two rooms and there was only enough warm water for one person to shower/ we had cold showers every single night.
