Zimmer und Balkon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem alles sauber. Zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Schöner privater Strand gleich über der Straße. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe
Sehr kleiner Balkon, man konnte keine Badesachen aufhängen
It was in a quiet location but you could use the free shuttle bus into town at 5pm each day. Easy to get to the beach. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

Nothing - all was good
Very quiet location, staff are excellent and we loved staying there. There are a couple of lovely restaraunts nearby as well as a couple of places to get a massage. Breakfast was good with enough options for our stay and the free bikes were great for getting around on.
The pool, the beach location, the peace and quiet
It’s a bit sad about all the closed resorts and the trash that surrounds the beach is pretty upsetting. Vietnam needs to make more effort to protect it ms natural environment. The resort itself is immaculate just disappointing that there’s no pride in the surrounding area

An older style boutique hotel with a welcoming front garden and pool area. Reception staff were fabulous and we were so happy with the breakfast buffet selection, so much choice and the fruit especially was outstanding.
We chose this hotel for its close proximity to Cua Dai Harbour, otherwise there isn’t much to see in the direct neighbourhood.

Bed was a bit hard for us.
We have stayed at these apartments twice this month, we just had to go back and I'm sure we will in the future. So starting at the front desk the welcome you get helping with bags. A glass of fresh juice on arrival was most welcome.The rooms are without a doubt the best we've stayed in around Hoi an. The girls behind the bar and restaurant work constantly with a smile to make things comfortable for you, and they surely do. The food is incredible for the prices, and a big reason we returned as well as the fabulous staff, all over the property. We've spoken to the owners right through to the maintenance guys who are fantastic. The bar/restaurant area is so inviting with comfy chairs ,views of the pool. The beach is 100 yds across a road that's not busy.
what more can I say, keep it up fantastic stay.
One thing springs to mind. More beds and umbrellas on the beach please.
I traveled with friends and we had an early check-in included in our booking. We arrived around 9 AM, obviously too early, so we went to the city. At 1:30 PM, we received one room, and at 1:50 PM, the second one (10 minutes before the usual check-in time). Strangely, people arriving after us got their rooms sooner. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing – the bathroom was dirty, the curtains were torn, there was a musty smell, and I even received a glass at breakfast with lipstick marks on it. On the plus side, the breakfast was tasty, and they offered transport to the city twice a day. Apart from that, nothing special.
Very friendly and lovely property. It is away from the old town but grab is really cheap to venture out to old town.

Shower clogged up
It was away from town so very quiet. The bed and breakfast were great! It is across the street from the beach but it was quite cold, 16 degrees Celsius or so. Too cold to swim. The shower was nice!
It’s a bit far from town. But take your choice? The room was quite small.
