It was an easy train ride in to Munich and there were other restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The lack of food at the actual hotel, but they did say that most of the suppliers were prioritising Oktoberfest.

Pros:

The hotel is located very close to the airport, which makes it a great choice if you have a flight the following day. Our room had a direct view of the airport, which was a nice bonus and made the stay even more interesting.

Cons:

The breakfast, however, was quite basic. We missed a few options, such as fried eggs and fruit yoghurt, which would have made the selection more varied.

It was a very last minute booking but the prices were incredibly reasonable. We booked two double rooms and we had to double take when we walked in because of how large they are. The mood lighting was really fun. Good TV. Kettle and tea facilities. Even the option of complimentary extra pillows was very welcome. The window opened up to a full view of Munich Airport's runway and it was hard not to stand there all night and watch the planes land. The shower was great. We liked that it had a door, which sounds trivial but a couple places we stayed didn't have one and it made for a wet floor. Parking was decent. Added it on last minute in the bill. The restaurant facilities seemed generous but we didn't have the opportunity to use them. Overall it was game changing to stay in a hotel so close to the airport the night before traveling. Made me want to use Premier Inn more often.

I actually can't think of anything negative we experienced, which is unusual.

Pros:

Nice staff, great bed, clean and well equipped room. Excellent run breakfast. 10 min from the airport and still calm.
