Overall it was good and i can consider staying again but it could be improved further.

Misleading Hotel Location & Irresponsible Staff
Pros:

Nothing was good as they didn't give me room even when I already had reserved a room.

Cons:

1. RESERVATION: The owner didn't reserve my room even when I had already booked the room two days before.
2. WRONG LOCATION: They have put wrong location, both on Booking.com and Google Maps. They showed it is near Sec-42/43 metro station but originally, the hotel is 3 km away from the metro station.
3. IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF: Even after calling/messaging so many times on all the provided phone numbers, no one was picking the phone and gave no response.
4. When I went to the original location of hotel, they didn't even provide a new room and said that all rooms are reserved.

I've stayed in many hotels 100s of times, but this was the worst experience I had to face. I had to find another hotel on the spot.
