The price was ok. But I can't say anything else about this place since they denied me for being a foreigner.

Cons:

The place is nothing like the pictures. It's an abandoned building that they took and squeeze in a hotel. The receptionist was sleeping in what it looked like a janitorial room. He proceed to informed me that they do not accept foreigners and I asked him where did it state that he said under policies on Booking.com I showed him the policies where it states nothing about and he couldn't find it either. He said he will cancel my reservation the next day and to contact Bookkng to avoid fees. Well, they said I never showed up to the hotel and only refund me 130 rupees. Now, no one wants to assume responsibility for this scam.

It’s the worst experience I have had. I strongly advise you not to book this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing. The dodgiest hotel I have ever come across in my life. They didn’t even let us check in because we were not Indian.

Cons:

They are a scam so please try an avoid booking this hotel. They didn’t let us check in and cancelled the booking as a “no show” so that they don’t have to refund us. Now they are trying to avoid us, every time we try to contact them to request for the refund to be processed.

I never stayed at the hotel. I checked in, saw the room and facilities, and found that they were not clean. I checked out within less than five minutes and requested a refund, but they declined for the refund. I also contacted Fab Hotels customer service, and they were unable to help. They asked me to send photos, but I had already checked out and moved to a different hotel.

The images and description of the property on Booking.com are completely different from the actual property. It was dirty and in unacceptable condition. I still have not received my refund. Very poor customer service.

We were declined stay.
Pros:

It was a terrible dark place with no proper signage. Broken down lifts. Poorly maintained rooms. We were declined stay and had to search for accommodation in the middle of the night elsewhere. They have not communicated with us at all about a refund. A total loss for booking 5 rooms for 2 days. :(

Terrible experience as we had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night!

We were denied access and to check in as the hotel only catered for Indian nationals .
There was no mention about this restriction at the Booking.com booking site and we lost our money as we could not cancel in time.

good staff, small and dirty room
Pros:

The staff was good and very respectful about any requests.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the bathroom flush worked but did not clean the bowl. There were cockroaches in the room. The hallway smelled of cigarettes.
