Well placed comfortable hotel with a pretty square one minute away
Pros:

The location is excellent and within walking distance of all the main sites. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It’s a few minutes away from El Corte Ingles and the main shopping street and there are many nice bars and cafes close by.

Cons:

My room had nice decor and was very clean. However it was quite dark as the window was small.

Die Lage!

Cons:

Es ist ein mittlerweile sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, was die Anzahl an Sternen nicht verdient hat. Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer mit einem winzigen Fenster, aber haben dies getauscht. Es geht erst ab Etage 5. Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und schmal und für neuere Autos eigentlich nicht geeignet.

colazione non da 4 stelle molto scadente prodotti non di qualità. esempio prosciutto cotto servito che di regola va x i toast.
servizi igenici (wc) scomodo hanno messo bide quasi attaccato al wc. quando si è on bagno si sente lo scorrere dell'acqua delle altre camere

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is excellent, like right in the middle of everything and easily accessible. The room was comfortable and spacious. Clothes steamer in the room was very practical, also the kettle and mini fridge. Bathroom spacious.

Cons:

Overall stay was comfortable but if I didn't have earplugs with me probably I wouldn't be able to sleep due to central AC noise. It is really loud and quite ineffective. I had no issues besides that.

Cons:

3 rd floor room have a very small window and very dark. They kindly changed the room for me.could use better paper toilet, had to use half of the roll each time as it was so thin
