Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast

Cons:

Std rooms dark and dismal with very little natural light, like staying in a coal hole. Our room also suffered from very noisy pipes when any of the rooms above ran any water. Staff were polite but insincere.

It was comfortable, has its own car park and in an excellent location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for visiting both the old town and the Guggenheim.
