A decent stay in a good location
Pros:

Good location, half way between the old town and the Guggenheim, with lots of great restaurants a very short walk away

Le staff très gentil. En particulier la dame qui m'a gentiment apporté des capsules de lait, ainsi que le personnel du bar du hall de l'hôtel. Mention spéciale aussi au monsieur à l'entrée du restau de petit déjeuner et le reste du staff qui est très accueillant.

Le Restaurant propose un petit déjeuner très varié.
Chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Une légère odeur de fumée de cigarette et de renfermé dès l'entrée de la chambre.
La chambre n'était pas très bien éclairée vu que la fenêtre était petite et donnait sur un mur, on a l'impression que c'est toujours le soir.
Le signal wifi un peu bas (peut-être uniquement dans cette chambre)

Ottimo hotel.... oltre alle mie aspettative !!!!
Pros:

posizione ottima, vicino alla metropolitana, al centro citta e attrazioni tipo musei. Colazione ottima con molta scelta... Stanza pulita e di grandi dimensioni, personale molto gentile e preparato.

Hotel ist grossartig. jedoch der Booking-Taxidienst ist ein Abriss!!!

Betrifft nicht das Hotel. Eine Woche vorher waren wir bereits im gleichen Hotel. Bei meiner Ankunft haben wir das Taxi-Angebot von Booking benutzt. Beim 2. Mal sind wir mit dem öffentlichen Taxi vom Airport zum Hotel und nachher zurück gefahren. Der Preis war 15 Euros günstiger als bei Booking.com. Ich erwarte eine Rückerstattung!!!!!!

Pros:

Emplacement central à proximité des restaurants et animation de la nuit.
Petit-déjeuner avec une salle un peu encombrée mais avec un buffet trés bien garnis

Cons:

Climatisation en panne, pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit de la rue.
