It had a modern look. I stayed there for one night before my flight the next day.
There was an incident where the front desk gave someone the wrong key and someone ended up walking into my room when I was there. When I connected with the front desk staff about it they said it was a mistake, but as a solo female traveler, it made me feel very unsafe.
Transfer was smooth
It was a very dirty hotel. It was not pleasant to be in. Luckily we were just for one short night staying. Transfer both ways cost 45$ and you found it out only 1 day before arriving. So together with accommodation it’s 105$. Which is too expensive for such a bad stay.
The fire alarm was closed with a plastic bag. I suppose people smoke in the room
Rooms were old and very small, no working phone so could not easily reach reception, very little water pressure, staff did not provide any details upon checking in (no details on breakfast, check out timing, etc)
It appeared to be a newly remolded hotel.
Clean and comfortable.
Some kind of food selection, Maybe vending machines. The young man on duty could not have been nicer!! He called to have food delivered for us and brought to our rooms!
Near from the airport, and the receptionist guy he is very good and supportive.
Beside the hotel, there is a restaurant called Haroon usta, one of the best kebab I have ever tried in Istanbul .
The room was very small, and we paid in advance for the breakfast and next day they said, sorry we cannot serve the breakfast.
This is not accepted, in addition, they need to understand that we are traveling with children.
Not recommended for those who are suffering from Claustrophobia.
Close to the airport
The hotel is not 4*. It is a very basic and need renovation. The floor was dirty. Very loud from outside.
The beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Lift was working.
There was no hot water. There are no places around to eat. There is no proper breakfast, they bring it from somewhere else.

Good for a short stay, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from my window was beautiful.
I only stayed here for 1 night because of a layover flight and the next morning there was a really bad sewage odor coming from the bathroom floor opening. Since I left early morning it didn’t bother me, but if I have to stay in that room for more nights I would have complained because of it for sure.

The breakfast gets sent to the room, ours was scheduled for 7:30AM by us as we had an early flight but we got it around 8;30 only after I went down twice. That too, initially just one box was delivered and the next one came later. Impacted our departure time and could have been avoided. It's walkable from the bus station but not from any metro station so good to keep that in mind if you use public transport a lot. Also, the AC did not have the cooling option, it had only 2 modes - warm and fan. The room phone was not working as well
