Las camas son muy cómodas y las instalaciones están echas solo para dormir. La ubicación es privilegiada ya que llegas al centro de Mazamitla caminando.Por otro lado ya que el internet es muy malo te obliga a convivir.
El baño estaba tirando agua, la habitación es muy justa prácticamente solo para las camas y el internet es muy deficiente. Tuvimos que pedir toallas ya que no dejaron las suficientes.
La cercanía y el trato del personal
No había agua caliente y en la noche se escucha mucho ruido entre la habitación y el pasillo, así como en las habitaciones vecinas

El personal no respeto la reserva de la fogata, se confundieron con las reservas y al final se me dió solución con otra fogata pero pues es lo único un poco de mejor capacitación del personal.

Het was er erg rustig, schone en ruime kamers. Bedden waren goed. Behulpzaam personeel; een man sprak een beetje Engels. Jongedame deed haar best om ons te helpen.
Vooraf communicatie via Booking verliep stroef. Had per ongeluk een verkeerde kamer geboekt. Gecommuniceerd in het Spaans via translate, maar na een reactie niets meer mogen ontvangen. Twee keer telefonisch contact gezocht alleen er sprak niemand Engels op het moment dat ik belde.
Het duurde lang voordat water warm was.
La ubicación está super bien a 2 cuadras del centro. La atención muy buena, los cuartos muy limpios.
Estaría bien que pusieran mas cobijas si hace frío y lo hay mas con que abrigarse

La habitación estaba muy fría y no había calefacción, además que encontré cabellos en mi cama y en recepcion lo único que hicieron fue disculparse.
Además de que el desayuno que venden allí estaba muy insipido

DEmasiado basico los muebles de las habitaciones, las camas no tenian cabecera. La TV muy deficiente
El lugar muy sercas del centro,Buena atención,muy limpio,tranquilo, las camas muy comadas para descansar ..excelente opción para estar agusto 👌😁

Nothing, well maybe that it has parking in site
We disliked every thing, the rooms are extremely cold, there is no heating, had to sleep with our sweaters on, beds very uncomfortable and if you can call it a blanket was very very thin, good thing I brought a blanket for my 91 year old mother. There was no hot water and no soap in the shower, so it was a total NO for taking a shower in the morning, we left the place first thing in the morning. And is a big property we were in the back and still can hear the traffic on the streets. The place needs a total renovation because is close to downtown could be a great place to stay
