Best place to stay in Watamu
Pros:

Amazing lodge. Beautiful in every details, the house is gorgeous and comfortable, the restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and delicious food, the swimming pool is so beautiful with a sea view, there are so many hidden peaceful place to stay reading or contemplating the nature. Silvia made our stay a perfect one, she organised a wonderful day on a boat and told us where to go and what to see. You cant have a better stay in Watamu.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Lonno Lodge! Das gesamte Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und strahlt eine besondere Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche, zuvorkommende und stets hilfsbereite Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Silvia und Aldo waren bei Fragen auch immer gleich da und für nette Gespräche zu haben.
Auch kulinarisch wurden wir auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt: Die Menüs waren durchweg hervorragend – kreativ, liebevoll angerichtet und wahnsinnig lecker. Jeder Gang war ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis! Ebenso war das Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet und perfekt ausgewählt.
Für uns stimmt hier einfach alles! Wir können Lonno uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen können. Alles Liebe für das ganze Team!

Thanks Silvia and Aldo! « I will be back », using a known motto. As the owner of a small country hotel I learned at Lonn
Pros:

Propreté on the océan. One leaves the street and enters Lonno world. Starting from the kind Massi guardians, smiling at you. Unique architecture fitting with the landscape. Room was extrêmely confortable, on two levels, and sound of water and birds outsider. The best thing was the approsch of staff, present at the right moment, extremely kind, giving you the feeling you were at home.
The organisation of my stay was perfectly coordinated by Silvia, and even the excursions or dinners out were suggested to places that became a good memory when back. All transport and guides weren suggested, which made each experience worthwhile.

Cons:

Nothing to comment about.
Over the years Lonno management Made in a perfect location for a few friends in a pleasant atmosphère.

Great place to stay
Pros:

A little piece of paradise on the Kenyan coast. Our hosts Silvia and Aldo were so welcoming and their staff superbly friendly and helpful. A fabulous place to relax in nature. Rooms are superb, food excellent and ambience for our evening dinners beside the pool was excellent. A place to return to!!

Pros:

First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting

Geweldig verblijf: heerlijke kamers, zwembad, vers ontbijt en privestrandje. Top team!
Pros:

Lonno lodge is echt een geweldig verblijf. Silvia en Aldo hebben de ecolodge met heel veel liefde gebouwd, met heerlijke, ruimtelijke vertrekken en privé terrassen. Na Nairobi en Mombasa was dit echt een prachtige oase. Het ontbijt, zwembad en de zee aan het klif, zijn top. Het team is ongelofelijk aardig, attent en gezellig. We waren met onze 1 jarige dochter en ze hebben haar en ons echt thuis laten voelen terwijl er aan alles werd gedacht. Heerlijk dat je met een slapend kleintje onder de sterren kunt dineren. De lodge ligt wel wat verder uit het centrum, maar dat vonden wij wel relaxed. Met de elektrische tuktuk (die je vanuit Lonno kunt pakken) ben je overal, bv Gedi ruïnes, heel snel. Wij komen heel graag nog een keer terug.

Definitely recommend a visit
Pros:

This hotel has been designed and built with great attention to detail with beautiful features , exquisite furnishings . It is in a secluded quiet spot with no external noise which makes your stay totally relaxing and calm . The food was delicious and beautifully presented . Cocktails first class!! Staff are attentive and very friendly . Fabulous pool and relaxation areas and wonderful garden . Beautiful view of the sea.

Place of hidden dreams
Pros:

Charming is an apt name for this beautiful hidden away gem. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, really working hard to ensure our stay was a dream romantic romp. They even prepared a tailored vegan alternative menu that was an unexpected touch of care. We're truly grateful to Silvia and her team.

Cons:

The room didn't quite have the sea view we'd hoped for, for the price.

Everything was perfect - one of the best hotel we have been in our life. The atmosphere is very special. The design of the hotel is better than a 5 stars hotel. The owners and staff take care of every details. We appreciate also a lot the bedroom and swimming pool with sea view. Amazing food there as well.
