Manager of the property was hopeless. Gave a used room which was horrible. Ended up giving another room which had leakages in the bathroom. Pretty useless i must say.

Hotel de apenas uma estrela. Acesso com dois patamares de escada. Wc com instalações precárias. Sem nenhum isolamento acústico. Um barulho de portas batendo e funcionários falando alto com celulares tocando. Café da manhã ruim. O Booking.com deveria verificar a classificação por estrelas dos estabelecimentos associados.

Noisy, dusty and not suitable for overnight stays

The location is good. The rooms are a good size.

Cons:

The hotel is mid sold and over priced. There is not an entrance rather you pull your bags up two flights to a landing with a small wooden desk, the staff are quite hectic and insistent on payment upfront. This was only the beginning. The rooms are large & okay but quite dusty and our bedsheets had cigarette burns in them. When I signed the registration book I saw most stays are ‘day stays’ so this is the main purpose of this hotel, which explains the lack of lift for luggage. The noise at night was quite something and we were woken up through the night by shifting of furniture and the hotel staff very noisy watching of videos. The photos of outside are misleading.
