PLEASE FIX THE TOILET
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The bed was big and spacious. The location was just right for the purpose of the stay.

Cons:

Our bathroom drain was clogged so the floor was always flooded. we kept asking the staff to fix it but all they keep saying is that they've forwarded the complaint to their technical team. they didnt even transfer us to another room. Que Horror

I wouldnt stay again. I even prepaid for an additional night then didnt return after the first nigh

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and approachable.

Cons:

Dirty sheets, room and bathroom, no hot water, no facilities and breakfast was unhygienic and limited options. Location was close to airport but far from everything else - no water available for foreigners.

Comfortable stay and great breakfast buffet!
Pros:

Friendly and courteous staff, cleanliness, elegant design

Cons:

I wish they had a shuttle service to the airport and shopping area. The main reason why people stay at this hotel is its close proximity to the airport and in most places hotels near airports provide shuttle service as an added bonus.

annoying strong sound 24/7 heard and felt three rooms from the elevator, loud impact heard and felt whenever the elevator is in use. i wasn’t able to sleep comfortably
