Camera non era quella pubblicizzata su booking, arredamento vecchio, sotto il letto una tavola per reggere il materasso, frigorifero non funzionante, lavabo rotto, finestra bagno non chiudeva, trovata una asciugamani sporca, alla reception mi si dice che lo calpestata con i piedi,aria condizionata più volte non funzionante compresa una notte intera, nonostante fatto presente tutto ciò non si sono degnati di cambiare la camera senza se e senza ma... Ah dimenticavo all'arrivo nemmeno un benvenuto, e un hall senza aria condizionata.....non capisco come fanno ad avere 4 stelle....
