Pleasant stay and helpful staff
Pros:

Location is just next to the KLCC by walking distance (just across the road) which is very convenient

Cons:

Price without breakfast is consider high.

Living the high life

In the heart of the city and the hotel staffs were very helpful and always with a smile.

Pros:

Locatie en ruime kamers.

Cons:

De incheck was rommelig, misschien omdat we laat waren. De executive club lounge heeft niet de verwachtingen waar gemaakt. High tea weinig keuze en cocktailuurtjes heeft mixdrankjes maar geen cocktails. Het algemene ontbijt was ook vele malen beter. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk.
