I liked the location, the apartment itself, and the unique terrace with a sea view. The staff were very responsive, empathetic, and concerned about what was happening, but they fixed the problem within an hour, replaced the bed with a new one, and everything was perfect.
On the day we arrived, there was flooding in the apartment caused by the air conditioners. The hotel staff had no other room to offer us, so they suggested the owner’s apartment, but we refused.
Noise from upper neighbors till morning. Clogged shower sink. Aircon issues. Cigarette smoke on terrace.
We had a 2-room apartment with a small kitchen and a terrace on the 5th floor of the building. Everything was clean and cosy and the double beds were comfortable. The view from the spacious terrace overlooking the dunes and the sea is simply amazing. There is a nice pool in the atrium of the building, but unfortunately we did not have time to use it. The beach is just a few minutes away.
The apartment did not have a lot of storage space for 4 people, but it was still manageable.
Location, clean and friendly staff and room had everything we needed
Good location close beach and city center. There is a restaurant and a pool. We had a lovely sea view and a large balcony.
It was a struggle to have a shower. There was not much water running which made it very hard to wash my hair and water was cold most of the time.
The clearness. The view. Friendly staff. We got breakfast delivered at the room since the restaurant wasn't open.
We had to find a phone number for the reception for 10 min (off season). The dirty tray from breakfast stood 24 hours in the hallway.

Unfortunately there was neither anything to drink or eat in the hotel. There was also nothing in the surrounding area (30 minutes). We then had cookies, which I was lucky to have in my pocket, and tap water on New Year's Eve.
