Great 3 star hotel
Pros:

Excellent location . Very helpful reception staff . Good breakfast.

Cons:

The taxi they arranged to airport was more expensive than ordering online myself with a fixed price. A big 9 seater van that picked up just the 2 of us was probably the reason why.

Really comfortable and would definately recommend this hotel
Pros:

Location, easy walking distance to and from rail station and the bus station where the day excursions depart
Complimentary drinks in fridge-1 beer, coke and 2 waters
Breakfast was plentiful and good choice
Had power sockets for uk adapter

Cons:

Sharp corners on bed, bruised leg but bed was very comfortable

Customer service from Liam at the reception desk
He took an outstanding care of us provide the priceless advice where to go and what to see .
Well done Liam.
Fantastic location.
Close to everywhere.
Great free coffee, water and fruits at the reception for the guests.
Good Breakfast- worth spending money on.

Das Top-Hotel zum Erkunden Zürichs.
Pros:

Ein Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, um Zürich zu erkunden.
Jederzeit konnte man sich im Foyer am Kaffeeautomaten bedienen sowie gekühltes Sodawasser und Äpfel auf den Fluren erhalten.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Erwähnt werden muss unbedingt das freundliche Personal.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist für ein ausgebuchtes Hotel deutlich zu klein.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, Bhf in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, wie auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gutes Restaurant gleich neben Hotel. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
