All staff in all areas were friendly, happy and helpful.
Food was delicious - both breakfast and lunch. A big choice available in both menus.
This was the perfect location, the room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The outside space with the pond and waterfall was perfect.
So relaxing and quiet, amazing building and decor. Really comfortable bed. Huge bath. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again
Dog-friendly accommodation close to Woodchester Valley Vineyard, which was the main reason for our visit.
Staff friendly, breakfast was great, good location for travel and visiting other parts of the area. Very clean.
Pillows flat and not supportive - I would have brought my own if I had realised. Smart TV, but couldn't use it as not connected to the internet. Front door to the accommodation building was constantly being left open - for someone with a room on the ground floor, this meant lots of additional noise and cold air coming in. Please consider adding an automatic close to the front door.
Stunning surroundings. Beautiful buildings. The free standing bath in the king bedroom was gorgeous.
Late checkout is £50 per hour???
The location and ambience of the place.
The low beams in the bedroom ( room 11). My husband of 6foot constantly banged his head going to the bathroom in the night.
Lovely room, very good breakfast and dinner, unable to fault our stay.

Lovely large room and bathroom. Staff were great, food was good. Bar and restaurant so well fitted out and attractive. Would strongly recommend. Fantastic location and in lovely village.
The bathroom door (room 29) was really difficult to open and close as so tight against the wood floor. Was also damaging the floor, needs taking off and fraction shaving off bottom.
