Guests should kindly note that the property is a popular wedding venue, and as a result there may some noise disturbance in the evening. Nonsmoking hotel. Please note, the bedrooms with attached bathroom are located over four different buildings; the Main Building, Mill House and Jones Building. Please be aware that the rooms in the Main building are above the property's function suite and guests may experience some noise if a function is being held. Guests looking for a quiet stay should call the hotel to check which room they have been allocated. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Please note that reservation of 5 or more rooms is considered a group reservation and group terms apply. These are available on request.

We stayed here during our Cotswolds trip, and it was absolutely incredible. The hotel felt like something out of a fairytale truly magical. I can only imagine how even more beautiful it must be in the summer. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We genuinely hope to come back again

The food was excellent. Top notch ingredients and very varied. The waterfall looks & sounds beautiful. Very relaxing. All the staff were very polite, cheerful and helpful. We had a river view which added to the experience.
The bathroom ceiling had paint flaking off which was a shame as the room was otherwise lovely.
The room was fantastic and so were both meals (breakfast and dinner)

Easy to find. Staff were fantastic. Building was charming and full of character. Food in the restaurant was great. Overall really enjoyed my stay.
Couple of bits were missed in cleaning which left dust and cobwebs. Main drawback is its lack of accessibility for disabled guests. Although there are limited things they can do about it as the building is listed, it is still a drawback and would impact on my decision on staying there again (sadly as everything else was fantastic)
Good food, pleasant restaurant, location and surroundings are pleasant but a little jaded. Good parking available, also a couple of EV charging points.
Needs freshening up, the building is showing its age. No tissues supplied in the room.
