Cons:

We booked hotel and there was no wifi amenities in room, we also complained about it , no measures were taken , so much disppointed about the stay, we couldn't even enjoy the stay

Pros:

This is definitely not a business class hotel. Not that clean. Bathroom has lots of strain and bed linen had hairs from previous usage. Towels seem to be very old and not much clean. It’s expensive than the quality.

A cosy place near the Chennai US consulate.
Pros:

Well kept premises with a modern look and ambience that gives a feel of home & safety.

The Manager and the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful in guiding us for our local requirements. They are an asset to the hotel.

The lobby has a good ambiance and the AC is functional and effective.

The bathroom fittings and tiling is done tastefully indicating good investment to give a good and healthy feel.

The room decor was very good and lighting arrangement very pleasing giving the room a classy look

The receptionist was polite and helpful in confirming our booking and in helping us to reach there by giving helpful instructions.

Cons:

Though there is nothing adverse to write, I would suggest that the floor level wall tiles of the bathroom need removal of the sludge build up by giving it an acid wash once a fortnight or so such that they look new and elegant like the remaining tiles.

As it is said .. however good things maybe .. there is always scope for improvement, that's why I have mentioned the above.

Really good . Good service. Was clean . Bed was fluffy

Pros:

Property is in dirty area, with water logging. Very tight lanes where vehicle cannot enter. Staff is untrained. Staff does not respond on time.
