Nice neighbourhood, spacious rooms.
This hotel would have so much potential, but unfortunately it fails in many fronts. The service is simply horrible. At arrival there was noone at the reception, we were struggling to find someone and we were treated like a nuisance - whatever we asked, we were told “to read the paper on the table”. Breakfast is disorganised, there is no menu, the staff is not really helping. On both nights there were very loud events well into the night in the restaurant which is right below the rooms. Guests leaving were shouting loudly on the street afterwards and noone cared. At checkout the staff was unfriendly. The owner should understand that this is not the way to operate a hotel for international guests. I don’t recommend to anyone the way it currently is.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les repas au restaurant étaient incroyablement bons et savoureux. Maria Julia est une excellente cheffe cuisinière et très bienveillante envers ses clients. Merci à elle pour son accueil!!

Beautiful modern building in a good, safe location in Praia. The on-site restaurant was fabulous - beautifully decorated and serving delicious food. Maria Julia was so charming - warm and welcoming - it was a joy talking to her!
Some of the staff were a bit nonchalant, but we later learned that Maria Julia operates the hotel as a school for these hospitality workers, so I think they are all still learning. Aside from that, we really enjoyed the stay!

Très bel hôtel avec une architecture et un design très réussis. De très beaux espaces en particulier la salle de restaurant et les divers salons. Le personnel est aux petits soins ainsi que Maria Julia. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et confortable (une bouilloire serait la bienvenue). A proximité de la plage de Kebra canela. Il est facile d'aller au Plateau avec le bus n°8 avec un arrêt au bout de la rue pour 50 centimes! Un grand coup de chapeau pour Maria Julia pour son projet social d'intégration lors de la construction de l’hôtel

Nous vous recommandons l’hôtel chez maria Julia. Au niveau de l’emplacement, vous êtes à 50mins à pied du centre de Praia et 8 mins en voiture. Vous êtes à - de 10 minutes de la meilleure plage de Praia (krabra kanel) avec des restaurants et même un centre commercial et un mercado.
La chambre est spacieuse, moderne et propre. La femme de ménage fait un excellent travail et vous retrouverez votre chambre toujours très propre.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est le meilleur restaurant de la ville car Maria Julia (qui est la chef du restaurant et de l’hôtel) est la seule personne sur l’île à être reconnu comme professionnel en restauration. Son petit déjeuner est copieux et le repas du soir est très savoureux. Elle utilise seulement des produits locaux et de saisons.
L’accueil est chaleureux, Maria Julia vient toujours vous saluer et s’assurer que tout ce passe bien dans son établissement. Elle n’hésitera pas à vous aider afin de découvrir l’île.
On a passé de merveilleux moments dans cette hôtel. On s’est senti comme à la maison.

Intentaron cobrarme la cuna (30€/dia) y eso que Booking se indicaba que estaba todo incluido. Finalmente no pagué
Maria Julia hat uns freundlich empfangen, und sie war mit ihrem Team bei allem, was wir brauchten engagiert mit tollen Tipps für uns da! Es fühlte sich wirklich an wie nach Hause zu kommen!
Tolles Ambiente, fantastisches Frühstück, gute Gespräche - ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
