Best Western Appleby Park Hotel

Needed a bed for the night as out drinking for works Xmas drinks.. a very clean hotel, comfy bed, quiet and pleasant. Staff friendly, would stay again. Thankyou

Great hotel, impressive entrance, lovely staff and all clean. Very recently refurbished so nicely decorated. Car access only location but convenient for roads. One thing to note the sound does carry through the ceiling.

Very pleasant and well placed hotel. The thing that makes the hotel was the staff.
The food was of a good quality and plenty of food.

Only there one night but very clean and welcoming. Breakfast very good.

Staff very Friendly,Rooms had all that was required and appeared clean.Food at night was good if a little bit expensive.Breakfast was a basic buffet but was tasty and hot.A excellent hotel when staying overnight on business and would used again as excellent value

Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Although earl grey tea was not obviously available it was quickly supplied on request. We travelled with a dog and the room and certain areas of the hotel were pet friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if we are in the area. Excellent value for money.

Very convenient for lots of local places. I don’t think very very busy so very relaxed and great service from the team.

Recommended by a friend and would recommend to anyone. Stayed overnight while visiting the racetrack. Easy to find, not too far away and reasonably priced.
Hotel was excellent value, very clean , bed was comfortable and the staff were great. Evening bar food was well cooked and presented.

Was fairly happy but was let down by lack is sockets in room.
Sofa bed was not cleaned had old food and socks inside
Bathroom extract fan was blocked with dust I cleaned it!
One bed side light not working

Stayed here a few times now and it is excellent. Rooms are always clean, staff are super helpful and the bar is reasonably priced. Only one complaint and it's not one unique to this hotel but the wifi can be poor.

Easy to find. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lots of parking. Lovely breakfast.

Check in was friendly and easy with everything explained hotel is in a funny location but perfect for what I needed (I was attending a local festival)
Staff cleaned my room daily which was an unexpected pleasure! Room had some dust on walls and headboard bot otherwise perfect. Would happily stay again

Was visiting the British Masters at the Belfry & the National Arboretum. Searched for a convenient location for 2 nights & found this hotel.
Easy to find right off the motorway (but nice & quiet). 20 mins to the Belfry & 20 mins to the Arboretum.
Hotel was nice & clean, rooms good & a peaceful 2 nights sleep. Breakfast was decent in the morning with plenty of choice.
All staff were very friendly & we felt really welcomed as guests.
Perfect choice for what we were looking for & will definitely keep it in mind if we are every back down in that area & need a place to stay
