- Staff incredibile, sopratutto ristorazione e room service/pulizia (!)
- Molto ben fornito (palestra, wellness, ristorazione)
- Abbastanza bene agibile (ascensori ecc.)

- Parcheggi c'erano, ma situazione un pò incasinata...

Hotel molto pulito, ben curato con molti ambienti in comune. Le stanze sono molto spaziose, curate nel dettaglio e pulite. Colazione ottima e varia.
Ho segnalato un problema di intollenza al lattosio e a Colazione mi hanno mostrato tutto ciò che avrei potuto magiare senza problemi. È stato un servizio molto apprezzato e non da tutti.
Con me ha viaggiato il mio cane ed é stato accolto con entusiasmo e ci hanno anche riservato una stanza con balcone anche se la nostra prenotazione non lo prevedeva.
C'è la possibilità di parcheggio, sauna e biciclette ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito.
Ottima posizione, praticamente difronte al mare e alla zona pedonale per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti.

Cons:

L'unico appunto che posso fare è la visuale un po triste e la poca privacy dei balconi....ma purtroppo non penso sia un problema dovuto alla poca attenzione dell'hotel....in Liguria si sa che lo spazio è veramente poco e sfruttato al massimo
