Good place when you look at the pictures, but had a very disappointing experience.
Pros:

Lovely room, has a very rustic feel to it.

Cons:

No water the next day (2nd floor). The other guests were rowdy and loud even at 2am, the hotel does not have rules in place for loud/ rowdy guests, we couldn’t really sleep well. Wifi was also very spotty. If you plan to work on your holiday, you can’t in this hotel.

Great place to stay when in Liwliwa!
Pros:

The location is good since it is near the beach and most restaurants! The breakfast included was VERY delicious and the staff was very approachable/nice as well. Our room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure visit again in the future :)

Superb
Pros:

We were really looking for a big room because of our bikes, and the room met our expectations. The toilet is big and functional. The wifi is fast and reliable, we stayed for 5 nights and did not have any issue. The place is close to the beach and the "mercato" of Liwa, restaurants and coffeshops are easy access. They have a big parking area. Basically, our stay was smooth and we did nto have any problems at all. We will stay here again in the future. The huge TV with working netflix and youtube in front of the bed was really the cherry on top! We had a movie night every night haha.

Cons:

This is really fine with us but the music was really loud when it is on, maybe volume it down a little? But they turn it off at 10pm.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff is amazing. This place has nothing but good vibes, great staff and amazing food. I loved our rooms, the wifi was fast and both rooms had Netflix. The beach is 700ft away… easy walking distance. I’ll stay here on my future visits.

Great place to stay with big friend groups!
Pros:

Location is very good, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants as well. It also has ample parking space. The pool is clean, bedroom and bathroom is spacious.

Cons:

The music can be a bit too loud and can be heard through the walls.

Disappointing. The room was grossly overpriced for the level of comfort provided.
Pros:

Location was convenient for the beach.

Cons:

The pictures of the room were misleading and in reality, the room was sparsely furnished with no proper hanging place for clothes. The bathroom was similarly disappointing as was the cold shower.

Pros:

You get really good service here. The room has well-functioning air conditioning and plenty of space. Toilet and shower clean. Breakfast and food really good. The hosts Jerome and Migui are really friendly and helpful. Everything that was asked was done. Absolutely great hosts. If you are looking for good service, choose them and Mosaic hotel.
