Never stayed. Had to make alternate arrangement.
Pros:

I never got to stay there. Their app wanted pre payment and cancelled my booking before I could pay.

I stayed at BHARATH HOTEL ERNAKULAM WITH A FRIEND.

Cons:

Worst hotel ever stayed in Kochi. Not recommend at all. Fungus and mould everywhere. Very unclean bathroom and taps and shower heads are full of mould. Staffs are very unprofessional. Morning buffet breakfast is horrible and served chill (even idly, idyappam, upma etc)
