慶幸自己有安排上山住一晚，真的不虛此行。抵達時雖然下起雨來，卻帶來另一種如仙境的美景。上山途中有一小段路陽光乍洩，看見遠方的日照金山真的美極了。入住的房型可以遠眺費瓦湖與雪山脈。飯店的地點絕佳，離日出觀景塔徒步10分鐘即可達，雖然隔天清晨雲

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect and offers a stunning panoramic view that was a highlight of the trip. On top of the scenery, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. A great experience overall—highly recommended!

So good I stayed two nights
Pros:

Very kind family made me feel very welcome. Clean and comfortable.The food was really excellent, the view even better. It’s definitely worth paying a little extra for a room with a balcony. Seeing the mountains first thing in the morning was a rare treat

The owner suggested us to visit Jomsom and arranged two permits for me and my wife,The real cost was 1000 NR but he got 1500 for each ticket,also we paid the cost by debit card and they charged additional 3% as commission which is unfair.

Cons:

This hotel is located just below the Pokhara hilltop viewpoint. It only takes about 6 to 10 minutes on foot to reach the viewpoint, making it a great choice for enjoying mountain views and watching the sunrise. The location is really excellent.

The only shortcoming is about transportation. The hotel should clearly inform guests in advance about the convenience of getting there. If the hotel does not offer pick-up service, it will be a bit inconvenient to reach the place on your own. You can only take a taxi or motorcycle taxi, and the fare will be doubled.

Other than that, the facilities are good.

Pros:

Perfect spot if you want to stay in a quiet place and nearby the viewpoint in Sarangkot in the morning, only ,10 minute walk. When you have a clear sky you have breakfast with the mountains. We booked the room with balcony and we loved the view. The bed was so comfortable! And the shower worked well. Very friendly staff.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit exzellentem Service

Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt zentral im Ort und hat einen ebenerdigen Zugang, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit Gepäck ankommt.

Mein Zimmer verfügte über zwei Fensterfronten sowie einen Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und einem direkten Ausblick auf den See. Gemütlich ist die möblierte Dachterrasse, auf der man in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre das Frühstück genießt. Dabei lassen sich gut die kreisenden Greifvögel und die vorbeischwebenden Paraglider beobachten.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service der Hotelinhaber und des Personals. Sie geben stets ihr Bestes und erfüllen individuelle Wünsche der Gäste. Ich verbrachte 10 Tage im High Ground in und fühlte mich rundum wohl.

It is a beautiful place above Pokara with an amazing view. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, hot shower and the owners were very nice, they helped us with a taxi from Pokara, and everything we needed for trekking a few days into the mountains.
We highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful place. Very nice owner and the kitchen staff. Friendly and attentive. The room was perfect, lots of light lots of air and the view can't be beat. A great place to relax which I did. Very close to the lookout for the sunrise veiw. I would certainly stay again.

We had the best time in beautiful Sarangkot - views, beautiful wildlife and delicious food.
Pros:

Amazing view of Pokhara from our hotel room balcony and an even better view at the top level (above our room) - where the restaurant was as well :)

The hotel owners family were all so kind! Arsenal fans as well hehe :)

Only a 5-10 min walk to the main view point from the top of Sarangkot - beautiful sunrise, sunset view of the himilayas ✅

Food and drinks were delicious ✅

Great suggestions for walks/things to do around Pokhara/Sarangkot ✅

Room was cozy with warm doona, nice carpet and beautiful morning sunlight ✅

We already miss Sarangkot :(

but I’m sure we’ll be back soon one day we had the best time.
