Pros:

What a wonderful place. Very nice owner and the kitchen staff. Friendly and attentive. The room was perfect, lots of light lots of air and the view can't be beat. A great place to relax which I did. Very close to the lookout for the sunrise veiw. I would certainly stay again.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like.

We had the best time in beautiful Sarangkot - views, beautiful wildlife and delicious food.
Pros:

Amazing view of Pokhara from our hotel room balcony and an even better view at the top level (above our room) - where the restaurant was as well :)

The hotel owners family were all so kind! Arsenal fans as well hehe :)

Hospitality was amazing! The kindest people :)

Only a 5-10 min walk to the main view point from the top of Sarangkot - beautiful sunrise, sunset view of the himilayas ✅

Food and drinks were delicious ✅

Great suggestions for walks/things to do around Pokhara/Sarangkot ✅

Room was cozy with warm doona, nice carpet and beautiful morning sunlight ✅

We already miss Sarangkot :(

but I’m sure we’ll be back soon one day we had the best time.

Great view and hospitality
Pros:

We truly loved our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute drive from the cable car station, and the free pick-up and drop-off service made everything so easy. The sunrise view tower is also very close, which was a big plus.

What really made this place special was the hospitality. The owners are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and they communicate very well in English. From the rooftop restaurant, we enjoyed a stunning sunset that we’ll remember for a long time.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and hot water worked perfectly at all times. We had to reschedule our stay, and the way they handled it—with patience and genuine care—meant a lot to us.

The food was delicious and could be served in the room, which added to the comfort. Every room had a beautiful view, making mornings and evenings equally special.

We would happily stay here again, mainly because of the wonderful people running the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and excellent value for money.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was simple—eggs, brown toast, and tea or coffee. Additional items like sausages or potatoes are available at an extra cost, unlike some hotels in Pokhara where they are included. That said, the quality was fine and the overall experience more than made up for it.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, toplocatie en heerlijk bed!

Eigenaren en personeel zijn ontzettend vriendelijk & behulpzaam.
Ze helpen je graag en er wordt met liefde gekookt.
Kreeg een kamer aan de overkant van de straat. Net nieuw, lekker warme douche en een heerlijk bed.
Top locatie vlakbij Sarangkot viewpoint.

Cons:

Het rolluik wat 's nachts open en dicht gaat maakt ontzettend veel lawaai.

スタッフがとても親切。
部屋も清潔。
両替も高額だったが、銀行までスタッフが行ってくれて、良いレートで両替できた。(USDからネパールルピー)
トイレットペーパーやドライヤーもすぐに手配してくれた。
歩いてすぐにお土産やレストランがたくさんあります。
朝食も美味しかった！

Cons:

シャワーのお湯を出すためにスイッチをONにしないといけないが、分かりづらい。
