Secluded and quiet retreat near the beach
Pros:

Location is very good, extremely close to Playa Marsella and a 20 minutes walk to Playa Maderas.
Breakfast is amazing with different options and all very tasty.
The views from the hotel are great.

Cons:

We would have liked to try the restaurant at the hotel, bit the prices are considerably higher when compared to other options around.
Keep in mind that’s if you don’t have a vehicle of your own and you want to explore San Juan or other areas around, the taxi provided by the hotel is very expensive and there aren’t many alternative options (apart from the bus - La Chocolata).

Manque de ménage dans les chambres
Pros:

La piscine est très appréciée et la vue.

Cons:

Pas de ménage apres 2 jours consécutive. Nourriture très cher. Payé tax que j'ai même pas compris pourquoi. Aucun autre endroit j'ai du payé de tax.

Beautiful setting close to the beach.
Pros:

Beautiful setting with the hotel and cabaña on a hill, close to the beach, about a 5-7 minute walk. We enjoyed the setting with different levels of terrace to enjoy the views, and a refreshing pool. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cabaña and the beds were comfortable. We were there during the week and there were just a few other guests, so things were quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was open for other meals/ drinks as well.

Cons:

The pictures make it look a bit better/ bigger than it actually is. The kitchen in the cabaña is very dated, with no useable cookware (all pots and pans are chipping teflon). That being said, it's an amazing setting and we enjoyed our time very much!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, mas con la nueva carretera. El hotel es tranquilo, fuimos entre semana por lo que estaba vacio. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy comodas. Me parece una buena opción de alojamiento. El desayuno es espectacular, solo falto el café. La playa la tienes a 3min caminando.

Cons:

El hotel estaba solo, es por temporada baja. Pero en general no tengo nada que reprochar al hotel.

Loved our stay at ViYarte, highly recommend!
Pros:

Staff are amazing, great location right next to the beach. Comfortable rooms with AC (appreciated with the heat) and great breakfast. Would definitely come back!

El señor Jhon, dueño o administrador del hotel. Muy amable 😊. Incluso nos encantó su trato amable y cordial con sus colaboradores. Excelente 👌
