Otel nezih bir konumda temiz güzel tavsiye edilir
Pros:

Tesis metro istasyonuna çok yakın ulaşım çok kolay. Tesisin etrafında alışveriş merkezleri var. Çalışanlar saygılı sorun çözüyorlar

Cons:

Biz Ginza Creston Hoteldan sonra buraya gittik dolayısıyla oda çok küçük geldi

Great facilities and staff with some weird annoyances.
Pros:

Rooms, staff and location are amazing. Breakfast is really good.

Cons:

Check-in process is ridiculous. Nothing worse after a long flight than having to fiddle with a finicky machine. Also, there’s more staff standing around the machines than actual machines. Is this really more efficient?
Constant reminders about „last order“ time at breakfast are annoying. Just write it down somewhere and start the warnings 15 min before and not 45 min before.

New hotel with lovely rooms
Pros:

This hotel is new so the rooms are in pristine condition.

Cons:

The location is slightly far away from the Osaka station bridge entrance.
The bin provided in the bathroom is miniscule....too small

Situation , taille de la chambre avec vues angle exceptionnelle sur la ville au 24ème étage.

Cons:

Machine automatique pour check in et check out même si 1 personne par machine pour vous expliquer fonctionnement.

Предлагаю установить больше стиральных автоматов.
Pros:

Шикарный завтрак: яйцо Бенедикт, смузи, мисосуп, все очень вкусно!
В номере очень чисто, качественная уборка, кондиционер хорошо работал, приятное постельное белье, тапочки и пижама, наличие последней удивило:)
На ресепшен все милые и доброжелательные.
Транспортная доступность отеля - очень удобная, рядом Osaka Staition (прямо через мост от здания к зданию) и станция метро Umeda. Можно уехать в любой конец города, а также в Нару и Киото.
На первом этаже здания шикарный футкорд Market. Недалеко небольшой парк и магазины.

Cons:

Стиральные машины с а 6 этаже явно в недостаточном количестве, их всего 4, а желающих в таком большом отеле много. Два раза пытались постирать, но была большая многочасовая очередь. Смело можно поставить еще 4 аппарата.

Pros:

クラブラウンジを使用できる部屋だったからか、最上階のラウンジは、ドリンクメニューが豊富で快適だった。温泉施設も隣接されており、直結されている通路もあってワクワクした。
