Location with superb accommodation
Pros:

Our room big and very confotable. The hotel has good facilities such as washing machine and dryer. The staff were very professional and attentive to all the details. We were lucky with the view.

Gut gelegen um Osaka und das Gebiet zu erkunden
Pros:

Gut gelegenes Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof Osaka. Haben so auch die nahegelegen Städte Kyoto, Nara und Kobe direkt und schnell erreicht. Das Zimmer war genug gross mit zwei Koffern und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.
In der Umgebung hat es einige Restaurants und Bars.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Hankyu GRAN RESPIRE OSAKA war einfach außergewöhnlich! Wir waren für drei Nächte dort und sind restlos begeistert. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar – perfekt, um Osaka zu erkunden. Die Zimmer waren extrem komfortabel, modern und blitzsauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal, das uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Lindo hotel pero no volvería
Pros:

Es un hotel de apariencia y decoración moderna. Buena ubicación. El personal, comparado con otras experiencias en Japón, tiene un nivel de inglés razonable.

Cons:

Muchas cosas para mejorar:
- El personal tiene la mejor predisposción, pero hay mucha gente joven (pasantes recién graduados) que no tienen experiencia y les falta acompañamiento de staff senior que los guie en la resolución de problemas.
- El desayuno es completo pero ridículamente caro y no ofrecen una opción más básica, como si lo hacen otros hoteles.
- Habiendo estado en otros hoteles en Japón, puedo decir que este hotel tiene una cantidad escasa de lavadoras para la cantidad de habitaciones que hay. No sólo eso, sino que también el software que permite visulaizar si están en uso, no funciona siempre bien. Hemos bajado cuando se indicaba que había lavadoras libres y estaban ocupadas.
- Las almohadas son muy incómodas, pero esto no se aleja de la experiencia general en otros hoteles en Japón.
- Llegar al hotel desde la estación es fácil una vez que conoces el camino, pero las primeras veces es un laberinto. El hotel podría tranquilamente compatir un breve paso a paso previo a la estadía para ayudar al huesped a ubicarse más fácilmente.

A wonderful, comfortable stay at a new hotel next to Osaka station
Pros:

Location is fabulous! Right beside Osaka/Umeda station, we saved a lot of time getting to places, and especially to Kansai airport, because the platform to board Haruka JR train is right at the JR exit closest to hotel. 7-eleven is very close by to hotel too.

Hotel is a new one, and it shows from the lobby all the way to our hotel room. Room is new and very clean, interior design is modern, and bed is comfortable. Size of room is pretty comfortable for 2 of us with more than enough space to open luggage and can fit even a small seating area. While check in was at automated machines, the staff who were stationed there to help us were warm and helpful. If the price can be held at current level (which I find very reasonable), I would certainly stay here again the next time I come to Osaka!

Cons:

No public onsen facility in the hotel compound - there is one in a linked commercial building, but hotel guests need to pay ~3000 yen per person which is pretty pricy.

There is a bridge to go to railway station but not easy to find it from Rail station, more easy from Hotel to Station. There is security box.

Good location, clean and works well

Cons:

No flexibility with check-in, staff friendly but robotic. Bar wanted extra money for seating even if we were guest. 27 floor bar open only to members even if membership was free, but should have been asked beforehand. To put it simply, a business hotel without soul or people properly welcoming you
