Needs clearer directions to get there. Welcome toiletries restricted to toothbrush and razor only.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Needs to have toiletries, locked out for too long for room cleaning, confusion on location with sister hotel. Tiniest bin in room.

Cons:

Personal war recht ruppig was ich so für Japan nicht gewohnt bin. Der Check in hat eher den Charakter eines Flughafenterminals mit keiner Persönlichkeit und sehr kalt. Das Personal ist nicht mal in der Lage ein Taxi zu bestellen und fühlt sich da bereits überfordert.

Pros:

Excellent location - close to the train station as well as many restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to Umeda Sky building. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of options.

Cons:

Guests with tattoos that cannot be covered are unable to use the facilities including the outdoor pool. The weather was very hot and I sadly missed out on swimming.

Posizione, anche se un po’ complicato trovare l’ingresso esatto dell’hotel dato che che essendo collegato con altri palazzi e centri commerciali le modalità di accesso sono variegate

Pros:

大阪駅周辺の工事がほぼ終わったからではあるが、駅からのアクセスが思いのほかよかった。天気には恵まれたが、ルートを調べれば雨の日にも濡れずに徒歩でホテルまで行くことができる。

Cons:

チェックイン、チェックアウトの際の入力に戸惑う
チェックインまでの待ち時間をラウンジで過ごせると紹介され、階上に向かったが、初利用で到着したばかりの客にはどこに何があるのか分からず、少々不親切感も感じた。

在梅田這一帶是很值得造訪的飯店
Pros:

住宿地點從JR大阪站可以走二樓的連通道過來，不過第一次造訪的人不見得可以輕易找到。Grand Green Osaka 與梅北公園給了大阪一個新的樣貌，跟道頓堀、心齋橋這種風格完全不同。很值得走一趟。附近飲食、購物都很方便，這個旅館的交通也很便利。旅館樓下有溫泉蓮，如果在旅館購票有較大的折扣。雖然不是旅館附屬的免費服務，很建議大家花點錢去享用那裡的設備。從旅館過去可以透過某台電梯在四樓直接前往，不必離開旅館。我的房間面向車站，可以看到火車，但是隔音非常好，完全聽不到列車的聲音。

Cons:

我只在這裡待了一晚就前往神戶，沒有吃旅館早餐也沒有用到什麼旅館的設備，所以無法提供意見。

從JR大阪站過來時路標不夠明確，如果旅館能夠跟JR合作增加一些比較清楚的指示，應該會更方便一點。
