Sehr gutes Hotel für Tagesausflüge mit dem Shinkansen/Zug.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage perfekt für Tagesausflüge mit Shinkansen/Zug. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hätte etwas leiser sein können.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very convenient for Osaka and Umeda stations. Covered walkway from hotel to station, great if it’s raining.
Taxi drop off/pick up point next door.
Good sized modern bedroom, Comfortable bed and pillows. great shower, clean, tablet controls beside the bed for air con/lights/cleaning etc.
Would stay again and recommend the hotel.

Having to leave!

Pros:

Breakfast was good, but dishes werethe same everyday except for the fish selection on the Japanese entrees

Cons:

Housekeeping services varied, excellent on weekdays, good on weekend. i.e, used coffee mugs weren’t changed or cleaned on the weekend.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The room it was confortable and it had a great view from the 25th floor

Cons:

I was trying to use the pedestrian bridges to get to the hotel from the train station and usually got lost. While I like the concept of pedestrian bridges I tended to get lost. However, I usually found the hotel by walking the sidewalks. I know it has nothing to do with the hotel and more of me getting lost. Maybe provide guests with map of the bridges and which signs to follow as Google maps was only good for the sidewalks.

Pros:

My reservation got canceled 24 hours before my arrival although I had booked the room 8 months in advance. So so had to book again at double the price at less than 24 hr notice since I was with a group and wished to stay together.

Surprisingly beautiful hotel in the middle of Osaka..
Pros:

Our room on the 27th floor was incredible. It was a junior suite and we had access to a lounge with drinks and small bites. Very quiet and high tech. The breakfast had western and Japanese selections. There spa looked incredible but we did not use it.

Cons:

The hotel is above a shopping center and we got confused on where to find a taxi but eventually figured it out. The hotel does not have a traditional checking desk.

Très bon séjour pour visiter Osaka, point de départ pour visiter Kyoto, Nara
Pros:

Le design de l’hôtel, l’équipement. Petit déjeuner top, bouteilles d’eau chaque jour, et bonne literie. Hôtel très moderne

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de rangement, et service de bagage paiement cash
