Breakfast should have more options
We booked a family room for 3 nights as 2 adults and 2 kids. The unit was clean and tidy. We had a seperate living room and kitchenette assigned to us which was very useful. The pool is looking at the ocean and is a pleasure to swim in. Swimming in the sea is also possible with a few steps on velvet white sands. Breakfasts are satisfactory with one main dish to choose from the menu plus fruit platter plus fruit juice plus bakery basket plus tea or coffee. Because the hotel is at a very central location, it is possible to call a uber and all restaurants and attractions are at 15/20min reach. Last but not least the superstar head of front office allowed us for a late check-out on the day of our departure. All in all, it was a memorable holiday for us.
Variety of the food and drinks menu can be enriched. Pool towels are pretty old, would look much better if renewed. Warm water not available to take a shower if it is not a sunny day. Appreciating the eco-friendly solar system, there should still be a way to produce warm water when the sun is not out.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially loved Douphine she is lovely and has a very nice personality. The rest of the staff were polite as well.
My room had an issue with air conditioning which maintenance attempted to fix and it helped but the room wasn't getting cold. My friend also had an issue with her room where the drain wasnt working but the staff were kind enough to move her to Boxo
Absolutely loved the stay there. Very new modern beautiful place in front of the beach. Staff very friendly and great breakfast

Great location, very friendly staff. The area by the beach is very beautiful and nice to relax in. The restaurant is very good with delicious food and breakfast. The room was very comfy.
Everything was great. I saw one cockroach in our bathroom but it probably sneaked into the room under the door or bathroom drains or so since the room was very clean itself.

Asciugamani per piscina rovinati e non sempre disponibili. Per il resto un buon servizio e una buona esperienza.
La gentilezza e l'attenzione del personale verso i clienti è fantastica. Tutto molto comodo, di fronte alla spiaggia con lettini a disposizione. Inoltre il cibo è ottimo, segnalo la colazione, molto abbondante e di altissima qualità-
