Grande Déception comparé aux années antérieures
Pros:

L'emplacement.
Par contre le comportement de certains salariés n'est pas à la hauteur.
Certaines attitudes sont pour le moins irrationnelles.
L'arrivée et l'accueil à l'hôtel ressemblent à celles d'un hôtel bas de gamme.
Pas de pot d'accueil....
On oublie de prévenir le client lorsque la chambre est disponible.....
Le management est à revoir entièrement.

Cons:

Beaucoup de choses .
L'hôtel se dégrade....
Le client n'est pas considéré !!
Il semble que :faire rentrer de l'argent ne soit que l'ultime objectif !!!

Für den hohen Preis nicht nochmal
Pros:

Die Lage war besonders schön, direkt am feinen Strand. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet mit einem großen Bett, Klimaanlage und einem schönen Bad. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchte ich den Security Mann und den Gärtner hervorheben, die wirklich sehr sehr aufmerksam und freundlich waren.
Auch das Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Speisen aus der Karte waren gut.
Auch das es neben dem Pool noch 2 Whirlpools gab, fanden wir besonders schön.

Cons:

Es gab viel zu wenig Ablagen und Platz für die Koffer. Es gab nur 2 Kleiderhaken im offenen Kleiderschrank. Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die nassen Badesachen auf der Terrasse haben komplett gefehlt.
Das Servicepersonal war zwar freundlich, aber sie arbeitet oft ineffizient und so dauerte es schon mal eine halbe Stunde bis man sein Getränk bekam. Das Essen dauerte oft eine Stunde bis es uns erreichte. Leider bekam ich am letzten Tag eine Lebensmittelvergiftung und da wir an diesem Tag nur dort frühstückten und zu Abend gegessen haben und es in der Nacht davor mehrere Stromausfälle gab, kann ich es nur von dort gehabt haben.
Des Weiteren ist vorallem am Wochenende das Restaurant und der Poolbesuch von externen Gästen, die wie wild Fotoshootings machen, besucht.

Insgesamt würden wir das LalaGalu nicht nochmal besuchen, da wir für den hohen Preis besseres erwarten.

The view from the restaurant is amazing

Cons:

The aircon in my room on the last day was noisy, unfortunately maintenance wasn't able to fix it. Didn't sleep well that night. Also had a monkey jump in and unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy the veranda space. Staff was also not very responsible on the first day I checked in. Made it hard to settle in

Cons:

1) jako jedyne miejsce w którym jedliśmy w Afryce jest doliczany % na kelnerów. Nie wspominający o tym , że mieszamy w hotelu i takie rzeczy powinny być wliczone w cenę (która jest wysoka) pobytu. Kelnerzy są naprawdę wyjątkowo nieogarnięci - ci który nas obsługiwali niebieli mówić po angielsku, 2 razy pomylili dania, czas oczekiwania to ok 1h przy małym ruchu! Jest to bardzo irytujące.
2) nocleg ze śniadaniem (również nie tanim). Poprosiliśmy o lunch boxa, gdyż lot był bardzo wcześnie rano. Co dostaliśmy? Sok, pomarańcze i ciastko (w załączniku) . Nie oddaje to nawet połowy wartości śniadania. W hotelu, gdzie za nocleg płaciliśmy 2 razy mniej lunch box obejmował 2 kanapki, jogurt, napój, owoc i 2 soki na osobę.

I had the most beautiful stay at this beach hotel 🌊✨ The view alone was breathtaking, and everything felt so calm and relaxing. The pool area was super cute, and the jacuzzi made it even more perfect for unwinding.

Cons:

I didn’t find anything to dislike everything was amazing and such kind, welcoming staff. It was a perfect stay.

It was like heaven on earth!
Pros:

it was my second time visiting this place. Just amazing staff, from the Receptionists team, waiters/waitresses, cleaners, everyone that works there is very friendly, helpful and well trained. Room is big enough, they provide everything you need/ask. best part for me, they have a DJ now for the weekend, also they do your laundry and iron for a VERY small price :)

Pros:

Très bel carde , bien décoré et très jolie emplacement.
Le personnel de restauration et tout l’équipe sur place sont super sympathique, gentil et accueillant.
Les chambres sont nettoyés tous les jours et c’est super agréable.

Cons:

J’aurais vraiment voulu avoir au niveau de la restauration avoir au moins un menu kényan mais à part cela les menues proposées etaient très délicieux.
Le petit déjeuner sur place est très copieux et délicieux.

Pros:

Facilities were great, food was lovely. Rooms are modern, excellent location, restaurant staff were amazing

Cons:

Cleaning staff were inconsistent with how they cleaned the room. Reception Staff weren’t always as solution focussed as they needed to be.
