If you are travelling to Madikeri, please don’t select this Villa, very horrible no cleanliness and their rudeness behaviour and Toxic. I travelled from Mangalore to here. The situation was very toxic, and they are rude to the customers.

It's poorly managed. Nothing to like.

Cons:

It's not a resort unlike what the name suggests. There were big black ants everywhere. Hundreds of them crawling in the bathroom. It was really bad and we could not even stand in the bathroom! The management staff was gone most of the time and no one was handling it if we had something to say. We broke into a fight with the hotel staff because we told them the conditions are poor and they started yelling back that we were late for complimentary breakfast and not on the time we had told them the night before. Their explanation was that both the parties have made mistakes. But guess who was paying for both mistakes! My family was visiting from home town and the stay really spoiled everything. Never again.
