Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. We had puri & aloo sabji. There was literally no aloo in the sabji, only lot of gravy was given .
No separate dinning space . Rooms space is too small to have meal for 3 persons.

It was a good stay, and I will probably come and stay again.
Pros:

The location was really good. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a good place to stay.

Cons:

The smell of the cleaning agent for the toilet was very strong. I think it was dettol and that is not a pleasant smell for me. If you use another cleaning agent, it would be better. But the room was very clean and nice.

We booked a room at this property and when we arrived they showed us to a completely different room to the one we booked. The room was obviously a cheaper room as it was much smaller and without a proper window. When we queried this the manager? told us the room we booked wasn’t available and this was the only room they had. He didn’t offer any discount even tho the room was obviously inferior. When I asked him to cancel the booking and waive the fee he said he wasn’t able to do that and we would have to contact booking.com. I stayed at the hotel whilst I contacted booking.com who said they would speak to the manager but as soon as I got off the phone he told us he’d already cancelled the booking!! Attitude was very bad considering they had messed us about and allowed us to book a room which wasn’t available.

Not a 3-star hotel by any stretch of imagination. I would rate this as a 2-star hotel at best.
Pros:

Location is very central in South Delhi. Wifi and TV were working.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we checked in to the hotel. Had to wait in the dining hall while the room was being cleaned.

Pros:

Excellent location. Walkable to the green park metro which is on the yellow line which touches most of the delhi attractions. Great for sight seeing in Delhi.
Room and bathroom were clean and beds comfortable.
