Midden in Hanoi, overal dichtbij
Pros:

De eerste avond sliepen we achteraan en waren er werken aan de gang. We hebben dit gemeld en andere kamer gekregen.

Cons:

Zie hierboven, maar dat hebben ze opgelost

Fuimos muy bien atendidos, nos ayudaron mucho
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 10 minutos caminando de las principales atracciones. El desayuno estaba muy rico y la manager me ayudó mucho reservando los tours que quería hacer con muy buenas agencias

Cons:

Si bien la habitación es fiel a las fotografías y estaba todo muy limpio, el hotel es algo viejo. Lo que sí, tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente que no pudimos resolver, afortunadamente no fue tan problemático dado el calor qué hizo

Pros:

1) Nice Breakfat
2) Very good location.

Cons:

1) Booked superior double room but it was very small without window. I had to change for bigger room with window paying higher amount.
2) Worst point was that they didn't want to show room unless I pay One day amount

Całkiem przyjemny hotel
Pros:

Hotel znajduje się w samym sercu Hanoi,lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, śniadania w stylu azjatyckim ale z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Mimo że hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta w nocy jest cicho i spokojnie.
Personel jest bardzo miły,pomocny i uprzejmy.Pani Ha menadżer hotelu jest bardzo miłą osobą i pomogła mi załatwić wszystko o co prosiłam zanim przyjechałam do Hanoi,za co serdecznie dziękuję.
Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane i jest czysto.

Pros:

Prime location all the sightseeing were very close to hotel, breakfast buffet was really good lots of variety. Ha Nguyen was so helpful and polite she went out of her way to to help us really.

Pros:

Bra läge och bra frukost. Snäll kvinna som äger hotellet, även väldigt trevlig tjej på frukosten som kom med meny och serverade go pho!

Cons:

Man väcks tidigt på morgonen av oväsen och ljud från personal som ropar i trapphuset och smäller i dörrar, smutsiga lakan och smutsigt i dusch/badrum.

Bardzo przyjemny hotelik,personel super pomocni w każdej kwestii .Mają wycieczki w dobrych cenach my byliśmy w Ninh Binh.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko sklepy i dobre restauracje.W dzień wymeldowania mieliśmy jeszcze sporo czasu do lotu ,lecieliśmy dopiero o 1.45 w nocy ,zapytaliśmy czy jest możliwość wynajęcia pokoju na godziny ponieważ zostało nam jeszcze kilka godzin do taksówki na lotnisko i chętnie byśmy odpoczęli wygodnie w ciszy ?właścicielka bez problemu dała nam pokój za niewielką zapłatę co nas bardzo ucieszyło.Polecam bardzo ten hotel za podejście do klienta życzliwość i pełne wsparcie jakim darzą swoich gości wróciłabym napewno.Dziękujemy ❤️
