Pros:

It is quiet, comfortable and within walking distance of most facilities. It is in a safe locality so I was comfortable there as a solo female traveller.

Cons:

The room was a bit small and there was not enough space to keep or open a large suitcase. Something to put the suitcase on would have been convenient.

Pathetic cleanliness. All over spit marks.
Red stains can be seen. Dirty laundary.
Not interested staff.

Moreover, prices are of 3 star property and rooms
are worst than the lodge .

Nothing is postive that I can imagine and mention.

Location is good nothing else.

Cons:

No proper room service. Staff are not polite. Manager is not professional. He didn't give me the GST bill during checking out. It was an business travell. I couldn't get it reimbursed from company due to not having the incoice.

Hotel is good and worth money but the Reception lady Miss Anam is very rude and doesn’t have manners to talk to guest.
Pros:

The property years very nice and room were good.

Cons:

The exhaust was not working and they did not bother to get it fixed. The lady at reception Miss Anam was very should and shouted on me and banged up the phone when I asked about getting my room cleaned. Her answer was if the hotel staff did not do then it’s not my fault. I called again and she hanged up again stating she has other works to do. I paid to stay at the hotel , did not stayed for free. Request the owner of the property to please do something with Miss Anam, she is the face of your hotel and her rude and arrogant attitude will only spoil the reviews of such a nice hotel.

Very poor
Pros:

The hotel was nicely build i wish we could have stayed there.... our booking was accepted and I even paid half the amount in advance, but at reaching the property we were told that no rooms are available. We were then shifted to another hotel which was mediocre and faced many problems there like stinking washroom and dysfunctional AC. The owner ensured to get my money refunded but there is still no sign of it too... DISAPPOINTING.

Cons:

OYO PROPERTIES ARE A SCAM.
WHY DO YOU ACCEPT BOOKINGS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY?
SHAME ON THE OWNER FOR CHEATING AND NOT GIVING REFUND
