Bardzo dobre położenie w starej części miasta. Bardzo blisko do legendarnej restauracji Coca Cola gdzie podają bardzo dobre dania za relatywnie nie duże pieniądze. Wracając na samolot planujemy kolejny raz tam zjeść!! Polecamy!
The location is really good. I don’t get why people complain about the fact that it is close to a sketchy part of the neighbourhood. This is not incorrect but it doesn’t mean it is unsafe. People go on about their daily lives just as any other neighbourhood. There’s a lot of police in Casco Viejo because the government is here. No reason to be alarmed for staying close to the badly shaped buildings
The bed linen is made out of polyester and is quite uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no towel in the kitchen.
Spacious and well decorated
The room was not ready upon our arrival at 22:00 and we had trouble getting a key
Las instalaciones y la vista desde la alberca, la ubicacion queda cerca de todo apesar de no estar exactamente en el centro te queda todo caminando y nunca nos sentimos inseguros caminando hacia el lugar
El metodo de pago, este es pago virtual aun estando alla. En nuestro caso nos dio algunos problemas para pagar (por el banco) el dia llegando no pudimos pagar y aun asi nos dieron la habitacion lo cual agradecemos bastante, al dia siguiente pudimos resolverlo.

Its on the border with dangerous area, police is watching the streets nonstop. I felt safe to walk to the old city during the day. At night better take taxi. But i would choose this flat again! Its very nice.
Close to lots of things to do, lots of space in the apartment, wonderful restaurant on the main floor, and good price.
The restaurant downstairs does play love music on the weekends. I was tired enough that I slept through it but not everyone will. The apartment is located about a block away from the nicer part of town.
Customer manager was very proactive and forthcoming. We stayed for 7 nights overall. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Pool was good. Great quality mattresses.
Our first room was located on the first floor, the restaurant with karaoke was right under the room. There is no sound isolation. Music played loudly from 6:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. Opening the windows was not possible, music was extremely disturbing while staying in the room and in the kitchen. After jet lag it was a nightmare for a couple of nights (the restaurant was not responsive to turn down the music). Later for the last two nights we were provided a room on the fourth floor. It was an amazing change. The room with a view was 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the washing machine was broken in that room. I found out about it the evening before check-out. So it was not enough time to use laundry. The washing machine was one of the main reasons to choose this accommodation and it was very disappointing.
Estaba limpio y ordenado.
La zona es un poco peligrosa. El Wifi presentaba problemas recurrentes.
El piso es precioso. Está nuevo y decorado con muy buen gusto. Las camas son muy cómodas y todo está muy limpio. La piscina de la terraza tiene muy buenas vistas. El personal de recepció muy amables
The apartment was absolutely beautiful, I felt like home. Was much more that I was expecting, my kids loved it, they had their own room and bathroom, they could even saw their favorite YouTube videos in the smart tv. The roof top was a plus, what a view!! Definitely recommend 100%.
The bed was a little soft but that's my personal opinion.

Attention: Fenêtres en hauteur sans occultants donc prendre masque de nuit.

Le personnel était ultra accueillant
L’odeur (probablement provoquée par la climatisation) n’est pas agréable du tout.
Nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de voir notre boîte à clés changée lors de notre séjour, alors que toutes nos affaires étaient dans la chambre. Aucun nouveau code ne nous avait été transmis.
À ce jour, la conciergerie n’a toujours pas pu m’expliquer pourquoi le/la propriétaire a réalisé ce changement. Je n’avais jamais vécu un truc pareil et franchement je suis toujours aussi en colère même une semaine après l’événement.
Il serait bien qu’il y ait une petite bouilloire et au mieux une cafetière dans la petite cuisine. Une bouteille d’eau recyclable ne serait pas de refus non plus.
Beautiful interior. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely.
Whilst it is a great location, on the edge of Casco Viejo, it is “just” outside the more polished touristic centre and the immediate area feels a little sketchier than just 50m up the road. However, we didn’t have any issues at all and everything you want is with a short walk.

- appartement récent, très bien équipé (manque toutefois de la vaisselle)et décoré avec goût.
- Manque linge de cuisine et des serviettes à mains dans la salle de bain
- Toit terrasse avec la piscine et les transats. Entretien piscine imparfait. Petit carreaux décollés, impureté dans l'eau.
- manque de matériel de nettoyage pour faire le ménage
- prévoir sac poubelle, linge de cuisine, liquide vaisselle, gel douche, lessive pour le LL et LV . Tout est mis à disposition pour une fois
-confort du matelas du canapé lit. Matelas en mousse horriblement mou. Une tâche d'urine récente non nettoyé. Odeur nauséabonde. L'équipe s'est toutefois pliée en 4 pour nettoyer le matelas dès le lendemain.

- établissement à la limite du quartier dangereux déconseillé. Toutefois la police veille très fréquemment car la maison du président est dans le quartier de Casco Vieijo.
