It was great and we are appreciative of the staff accomodating our celiac needs.
Pros:

Location: it’s close to everything, the port, restaurants, countryside. Cleanliness: the team takes great pride in the appearance. Attentiveness: the team were accommodating and kind Breakfast: one of our group is celiac (gluten allergy) and the staff was able to both point out what was safe and not safe with confidence and provided us with gluten free bread alternatives.

Cons:

The garage, it’s small and has a tight entrance. This isn’t a criticism just an acknowledgement that I found it challenging.

Cons:

Le café du petit déjeuner est vraiment infecte. Mais heureusement il y a des nespresso dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner très moyen car pas assez de produits locaux et jus de fruits industriels…

Alles wirklich außergewöhnlich gut für diesen Preis. Schöne Zimmer große Zimmer. Ein wirklich toller Spabereich mit sehr warmen Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad. Nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war erwähnenswert gut.

Wir waren im April (wohl eher Nebensaison) da. Uns wurde ein sehr früher Checkin (bereits um 11:00) ermöglicht, es gab immer freie Parkplätze in der Garage des Hotels. Notfalls wären ein Parkplatz und mehrere kostenpflichtige Garagen in der Nähe verfügbar gewesen.

Great location and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location, parking, and very helpful staff! Nice balcony for my room and great to have kitchenette. The sauna is great but you must book a time each with gives you the saunas all to yourself! Location is fabulous to walk around town.

Cons:

Breakfast not too included.

Pros:

Modern, clean apartments with comfortable beds in a prime central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The SPA was a great bonus. You need just to book it. Parking is available, though the entrance is a bit tricky due to street-parked cars opposite. Overall, a good experience!

La benvinguda del personal, molt atent i agradable. L'habitació molt neta. Tots els detalls. Spa i piscina gratuïta. La situació a 10' caminant al centre, lloc molt tranquil.

Jól felszerelt kényelmes apartam, sétatávolságra a belvárostól.
Pros:

Jó helyen van, jól felszerelt a konyha, közel van a belváros. Kértünk babaágyat, az is rendben volt. A klímával lehet fűteni. Nepsresso kávégép van. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

Alapvetően tiszta volt a konyha és a fürdő is, de mi kisgyerekkel utaztunk, így jobban feltűnt, hogy egy alapos porszívózás vagy a polcok letörlése hiányos volt. A reggelit kipróbáltuk az első reggel, ez alapján mi úgy döntöttünk, hogy a többi napra magunknak készítünk. Javaslom előbb kipróbálni, mert helyben is lehet kérni napról napra. Bőséges és változatos volt, de mi szezonon kívül voltunk, a frissességről nem voltam meggyőződve minden étel esetében. Nagyobb forgalom mellett feltételezem, hogy nem lenne ilyen probléma.

Great place for the value
Pros:

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was excellent—central enough to be convenient, but just far enough from the downtown core to enjoy a pleasant walk. I enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast, and the spa was a nice addition, though the jacuzzi was unfortunately out of order during my stay. As others have noted, the garage entrance is quite narrow. It wasn't an issue for my small car, which is really the best way to navigate the Azores anyway! I found parking easily every day, though I suspect that was due to traveling during the off-season.
