We booked a one-bedroom apartment through Booking.com. At the time of booking, we did not receive any confirmation about whether the apartment would be pool-view or bay-view. However, in the property’s internal system it appeared as a bay-view (street-view) apartment, as if this had been our specific request.

Although we had clearly asked for a quiet room, the street-facing apartment was unfortunately very noisy. Despite good soundproofing, there was road traffic and active construction directly opposite the building.

We informed the management on our first morning, and they handled the situation immediately and very professionally. We were able to move to a pool-view one-bedroom apartment, which was extremely quiet. From that moment on, we had a truly restful and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, with a great bed, excellent equipment, and everything we needed. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed upon request, and fresh coffee capsules were provided every day. The staff were kind and helpful, and even when they were not physically present, they were always reachable with fast and efficient communication.

The SPA was available by prior reservation and used privately, which was a real highlight for us. We used it several times and really enjoyed the private jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna – a perfect way to relax.

As we stayed during the low season, the property was very quiet, and parking was never an issue; there was always space available for our car.

The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and also very close to the ocean and the beach.
