Beautiful hotel and well situated above Shibuya station. Well sign posted inside the Shibuya as Stream complex so you can’t get lost. Amazing view of the Tokyo skyline from the room.
Nothing
Overall, a solid hotel choice. The location is excellent, and while the room isn’t big, it has everything you need. The facilities are also great, especially the laundry room, which is very convenient for longer stays in Japan.
While some noise is expected in Shibuya, the hotel sits directly above a major road and lacks insulated windows, so street noise was constant and made it hard to sleep without earplugs.
Elevators were also slow and inconvenient since they’re shared with offices in the building.
Lastly, for a 10 night stay, I expected more thorough cleaning. Towels and sheets were changed, but the room itself was never cleaned.
Great location! This hotel is connected to the train station and is right in the center of Shibuya. We had a beautiful corner room on the 13th floor.
A well-designed hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully arranged, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the center of Shibuya and connected to a large shopping complex with many restaurants just steps away, as well as being next to Shibuya Station. The staff were kind and helpful, everything was clean and well maintained, and the views of Tokyo from above are stunning.
he only minor downside is the ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which can make navigation a bit confusing at times, but this is not related to the hotel itself, and there was no noise in the room.
Beautiful hotel in a great location.
La posizione é perfetta, ma é un hotel abbastanza standard
Such a great location and all amenities
Nothing I didn’t like
Habitación muy cómoda y ubicación excelente, a pesar de ser muy céntrico, era muy silencioso

Location was superb, shibuya crossing is super close from the hotel.
Was severely jet lagged and we arrived in the morning, something like 9 am, so I tried to catch a nap before the check in (which was 15:00). A member of the staff pointed a finger at me and said it's not allowed to sleep (despite no one being around). It was excruciating waiting 4 hours trying to stay awake. At the same time two Japanese workers that are not members of the staff, just came into the lobby and proceeded to both catch a nap. They had no warnings at all. After both had slept for an hour each, they simply left the lobby.
