Pros:

Great room and great location. Our room was comfortable, clean and had an awesome bath tub (much needed after a full day of walking). We were a big fan of the location and how connected it was to the nearby subway station. They also offered bag delivery - sending our luggage to our next hotel which was super helpful. We'd recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again.

Top notch accommodation in Shibuya.
Pros:

Proximity and amenities. They have a family room that can fit four adults. We also had a lovely view of the city skyline. Also, it's right on Shibuya station.

Cons:

The toilet is not right next to the main bathroom which is a bit of a hassle.
