There’s no fan in room, room was not even proper there they gave me room where AC was not even functional afterwards the
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Pool was dirty, brekfast boufet choice was too poor. They don’t evn allow to take breakfast into rooms

Good rooms but pathetic Food and beverage ( breakfast )
Pros:

The refurbished rooms were very cosy

Cons:

The bfast set up was very lousy as everything was cold and they didn’t give dam to the guests as if they were doing favour by serving bfast . The chaffing dishes fuel / burner was not operational and the GM ( Azar)being in the lobby was not aware of this. In the my last stay they served keema and Paaya for bfast but not anymore . Totally mismanaged food and beverage . Back side of the hotel was full of filth . Waste management removal protocols were very unacceptable as the whole area would stink during the process . The main restaurant Jaffar bhai is a rip off as well.

Cons:

I booked a 2 + 1 room upon arrival, and they gave me a small room for two people. They were not aware that I had booked a big room, so they said we could not do anything as all their rooms were occupied. Their ac is not controlled by the remote as they are using duplicate remotes, which is not compatible with the ac, and it operates on its own. Please book this resort ( sorry hotel) only if u want your family to suffer.
