Excellent stay at Vivanta Ernakulam! Would highly recommend this property.
Pros:

Vivanta is a very nice property. Location is great. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite.
Would like to mention Ms.Lekshmi at the front desk. She was extremely polite and professional. She guided us with sightseeing and shopping tips.

Pros:

The rooms are luxurious and well printed but we booked a room with a balcony but it was not accessible and was covered in bird mess, so the outlook was poor l. The wifi was poor too

Cons:

The pool, it was a long walk from the main part of the hotel and it was a bit shabby

Overlooking the calm Marine Drive and Harbour, the location of the hotel is excellent.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. The only annoyance was the leaves and flowers that fell on our parked car from the trees lining up the hotel car parking area...

Excellent location with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Perfectly positioned on Marine Drive, this hotel offers effortless walking access to both public and private ferries. The staff is exceptional—consistently courteous and incredibly prompt with every request. The Bubble Café offers a beautiful ambiance where the backwater views blend seamlessly into the lush hotel gardens.

Cons:

A broad and inclusive breakfast spread that covers all the bases. While it offers a great deal of variety, it's more about the quantity of choice than any standout signature flavors

walking area near the beach was not very clean and felt dirty.
Cons:

wifi was not working. for the price and cost of the family suite we purchased which was over 200$ per night, I would expect solid wifi. I called on first day. they sent someone to come check and they had to make some strange setting on my phone that noone would ever look at. Instructions should have been provided in the room it self with out me having to ask and having to send someone to physically take my phone and update settings. THis is unheard of !
