We had a relaxing stay at Vivanta.
Pros:

Friendly and courteous staff. Quiet and comfortable waiting area. Room was very clean. Toilet also. Good breakfast food. Great food from the Bubble Tea restaurant. Gym was well equipped. Water pressure was very good in the bathroom. And hot water worked very well also.

Short and sweet
Pros:

The restaurant staff were wonderful and so were the housekeeping. The breakfast spread was too good. Met a few celebrities while we were there who had come to restaurant. the location is mega amazing.

Cons:

Balcony if there was a provision to open but given the safety issues of the short railing, we get why its kept closed.

Excellent stay at Vivanta Ernakulam! Would highly recommend this property.
Pros:

Vivanta is a very nice property. Location is great. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite.
Would like to mention Ms.Lekshmi at the front desk. She was extremely polite and professional. She guided us with sightseeing and shopping tips.

Pros:

The rooms are luxurious and well printed but we booked a room with a balcony but it was not accessible and was covered in bird mess, so the outlook was poor l. The wifi was poor too
