Excellent location with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Perfectly positioned on Marine Drive, this hotel offers effortless walking access to both public and private ferries. The staff is exceptional—consistently courteous and incredibly prompt with every request. The Bubble Café offers a beautiful ambiance where the backwater views blend seamlessly into the lush hotel gardens.

Cons:

A broad and inclusive breakfast spread that covers all the bases. While it offers a great deal of variety, it's more about the quantity of choice than any standout signature flavors

walking area near the beach was not very clean and felt dirty.
Cons:

wifi was not working. for the price and cost of the family suite we purchased which was over 200$ per night, I would expect solid wifi. I called on first day. they sent someone to come check and they had to make some strange setting on my phone that noone would ever look at. Instructions should have been provided in the room it self with out me having to ask and having to send someone to physically take my phone and update settings. THis is unheard of !

With improved conditions in the property it would a great stay.

Cons:

The pool, the pool has seen it’s days. Cleanliness in the Lobby, and in the way to the pool!
The breakfast, was not a standard of a 4 or five star hotel!
I talked it he the manager and the want to improve on the property. It need more attention. The glasses at entrance doors were not clean.

Great hospitality and service by the staff - hotel was great too.
Pros:

Everything about our stay was great, the service was next to none - it was the final stop on the holiday for my mums birthday and the staff went all out to make sure it was special - first day the room was decorated, and on her actual birthday, they even provided a cake with a photo of her on it. The attention to detail was great. I was in contact with Agnel via WhatsApp throughout the whole stay, which made communication and organising this celebration run super smooth.

Breakfast was great, the facilties, the room were all good too. Location was great as managed to get around quite easily with Uber – Fort Kochi was far away but I knew this already - so dedicated 1 day to tour that area and it was perfect.

Special mention to Lekshmi, Priyanka and Fatima for also providing a great hospitality throughout our stay and being ever so accommodating.

Amazing staff including the security personnel. We were there on our Anniversary and they were surprised by us doing a superb decoration and a cake in the room . We really enjoyed the stay.
