Pros:

Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen, man kann alles soweit fußläufig erreichen. Das Zimmer war ruhig, groß und geräumig (ich habe netterweise ein Upgrade bekommen, sicherlich weil ich außerhalb der Saison gereist bin), Pflegeprodukte, Wasser und alles wurde gestellt, das Frühstück war ebenso reichhaltig und lecker.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren für alle Fragen und Probleme jederzeit offen, hilfsbereit und superfreundlich (Kommunikation auf Englisch gut möglich).
Vielen Dank nochmal für alles.

Pros:

Location: short walk to the historical centre, close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets
Room: spacious, clean, with all necessary amenities including towels, water boiler, sofa and TV
Staff: extremely friendly, allowing us to check in early when arriving with the night train from Baku and even driving us themselves to the train station on our way back
Breakfast included

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, staff cortese e disponibile, posizione comoda per visitare la città.

Cons:

Stanze poco insonorizzate, letto con un materasso non confortevole, e bagno con asse del wc rotta, che non è stata riparata nonostante la segnalazione.

Pros:

Приехали мы ближе к полуночи, но нас абсолютно добродушно встретили в объекте размещения. Просторный общий зал и не менее просторный номер.

前台接待小哥很热情，需要什么都可以跟他沟通，能力范围内他都会积极帮忙。主动帮拿行李，笑容灿烂，服务热情！~

Cons:

我们的房间有一个暖气片好像坏了，是冷的，空调也不够暖，可能因为房间有点大。卫生间的感应灯时不时熄灭不方便，不知道怎么长亮，忘记问了。洗澡水不能在用水高峰期洗，否则可能不够热

I would recommend this place for everyone coming to Shaki, especially to families and travelers with babies
Pros:

Special and personal attitude of all the stuff, everyone is very friendly and helpful (especially big thanks to Rashad). Excellent, high quality breakfast, very tasty, the choice of food is similar to normal Azerbaijani national breakfast but unlimited. Very convenient room planning. Rooms are very clean and in a good condition. I was pleasantly surprised with normal heaters on the wall which is quite important for winter, when most of the hotels just use air conditioners in heat regime.

Cons:

It’s not just right next to main attractions, but the district is good and the main attractions are in walkable distance, which is also absolutely fine
