Optimal position, near underground. Extremely clean, staff is kind and helps on any need.
Breakfast is amazing: great choice of eastern and western food, very good quality.
Amenities, public bath and laundry with vending machines are present.
Don't understand why childs must pay a surcharge for breakfast.

the room was clean, the bathroom and shower were updated with new shower hardware, great water pressure and hot water. The location was excellent and I took the bus around kyoto for sightseeing. The bus routes were very close and comprehensive. Breakfast was varied.
Room was a little small and cramped for 2 beds but I was 1 person so it wasn't a problem for me. Would have been challenging with 2+ people though.
