All in all my stay was good. The most important part was that I got to spend time with my child.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property and the front desk staff.

Cons:

The fact that nobody came back to change anything in our room.

Enjoyed the hotel with caveats
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean and functional. Breakfast was also good for being included.

Cons:

It was Sunday night and someone was playing music at a medium volume all night. We were able to sleep but whenever we woke up it was annoying. Also parking was not included and they should make that more clear on booking when making the reservation.

Enjoyable
Pros:

Exceptional service from checkin, to layout of lobby and room. Great lighting in bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Lobby Restaurant was good and continental breakfast.

Nice hotel but little improvements would definitely help
Pros:

Breakfast was good but would have preferred some cut-up fruit or berries and non-dairy plain milk.

Cons:

Couldn't close the curtains completely because of the A/C. Suggest getting a black-out shad for the other half. Annoying having all that light in the room at night. Also disappointed that our towels were not changed out for fresh towels (used towels remained in bathroom and even one left on the floor by my daughter) was not picked up.

Tru hotels have never disappointed me.
Pros:

The property was easily located. When I entered the hotel the lobby was bright and engaging. My room was comfortable, cool and clean.

Cons:

Parking was a bit difficult.

Great stay. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Location was great. Staff was very accommodating.

Not sure why guests are charged parking unless it’s to keep out those who are t staying at hotel.
