When I need a quick escape, Tru by Hilton will be my choice.
Pros:

The property’s location in downtown Columbia offered convenient access, being less than a mile from Colonial Life Arena. The check-in and check-out procedures were straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was of excellent quality.

we only were there for two nights. If you bring a dog, you are responsible for the dog to stay quiet
Cons:

We were in room 242. In room 243 was a dog that barked and cried most of the day. if it's a dog friendly hotel they should put all dogs on the same floor. Any one without a dog would be on a different floor.
