Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer und beste Lage. Eine Besonderheit, die Minibar ist inklusive und wird täglich aufgefüllt, ein schöner Service.
Mit dem Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel hält, ist man in einer halben Stunde an der Konstablerwache in Frankfurt oder am Abend direkt zu den Burgfestspielen.

Hotel für unsere Zwecke gerade ausreichend. Zimmer nachts zu laut, da Lage über Zufahrt Tiefgarage.

Tiefgarage kostenlos, Minibar kostenlos

Cons:

Rezeptionsmitarbeiter am Anreisetag war emotionslos und konnte keine Empfehlung für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung geben. Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich, Cappuccino dünn. Frisches Obst erst auf Nachfrage.

danke; kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder zurück
Pros:

nettes Personal; Zimmer groß und sauber; Getränke in der Minibar waren frei und dies wurde auch erwähnt beim Empfang, sodass man es wirklich wußte; in der Bar konnte man das WM Spiel bis zu Ende (01:30am) anschauen

Cons:

alles okay, etwas billiger wäre natürlich besser, aber wir haben uns das Hotel ja ausgesucht

Schönes Hotel in einer belebten Gehfnd der Kurstadt Bad Vilbel.
Pros:

Tolles helles Zimmer, schön ausgestattet. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in der Innenstadt.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut sind es gab alles was man sich so wünscht. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Im Saunabereich fehlte das Duschbad bzw. wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
Das Zimmer wies noch Schmutzecken auf, wurde also nicht gründlich gereinigt.

Die unkomplizierte Zimmertausch, wegen Zimmer zum Parkplatz & Hauptstraße;
Betten super; super Personal insbesondere Hotel Manager /Betriebsleiter Zimmer & Bar.

Toll war der Kaffee aufs Haus am ersten Morgen in der lobby, da das Frühstück ungenießbar war.
Super Lage für Fahrradfahren durch den Wald nach Bad Vilbel

Betriebsleiter Zimmer hat problemlos die Probleme gelöst mit Bad Lampe; klospülung blieb so; dreck von Wand entfernt..und angeboten Cocktails 🍸 für zwei an anderen Tag in Bar zu nehmen - und bei Reparatur sofort mit Sektkühler & gutem Champagner von ihm serviert aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das war toll. Super Flasche.

Überhaupt haben das auffüllen der minibar mit Bier und Cola sehr viel weggemacht.

Das Frühstück war schrecklich der Kaffee super okay.

Dreck im Bad; 1. KOPFKISSEN WAR nicht sauber. Klospülung lief teilweise weiter..Lärm. RasierSpiegel im Bad war kaputt e Lampe.

Nervig war - Vorauszahlung des gesamten Preises bei Ankunft. Bzw. Am 2ten Tag fand ich wirklich nicht gut bei all den Problemen. Nicht ausreichend Bademäntel für den sogenannten Spa Bereich. Sauna super. Ruheraum okay. Schade , dass man draußen nicht sitzen konnte und es dort dreckig war - raucherplätze und ascher. Wirlpool War mit riesigen Buddha abgedeckt.. das war kein Spa Bereich wie angekündigt sondern eine tolle Sauna von 17- 23uhr offen . Späte Zeit super aber wenn erwünscht wäre auch 14uhr Sauna toll.
