広くて快適でコスパ良し
Pros:

広い部屋の割に値段が安い。
洗面所やバスルームも広くて使い易い。
アメニティが豊富で、シャンプー類はフロントで好きな物を持っていく事ができる。
朝食は幾つかあるメニューから選べて、部屋の受け取り口まで運んでくれるので対面で受け取らなくて済む。
スタッフは基本フロントに居ないことが多いが、呼べばちゃんと対応してくれるので問題ない。

Cons:

入室した時の匂いが少し気になった。
カーテンが遮光性が低いのか朝になると結構明るかった。
窓からの景観は期待しない方がいい。
コンビニなどが近くに無いので事前に買って行く必要がある。

Pros:

バス停まで徒歩1分で大塚国際美術館、鳴門公園、鳴門市内へのバスや、神戸・大阪行き高速バスに乗れてロケーションは最高。
部屋内にジャグジーバスやITテレビあり、ベランダからは鳴門大橋、瀬戸内海を眺望できる。
部屋の冷蔵庫には飲料あり、フロントに電話すれば飲料や食事を注文できる。
朝食は和洋ほか数種類からチョイスできる。
アメニティも充実していて、さらにフロントロビーに備え付けの洗髪・洗顔液が豊富で、無料使用。
チェックアウトは自動精算機でスム−ズに退出できる。
枕の追加希望をフロントに電話したら、快く返事をいただいたうえに部屋まで届けていただいた。
朝食は部屋まで届けていただける。
予約済の朝食お届け時刻を、当日の朝に前倒し変更希望をフロントに電話したら、快く応じていただいた。
総じて、ロケーション、施設、サ−ビス、システム、対応など、充分満足でした。

口コミでは露天風呂やカラオケありだったが、実際には無くて少し残念だった。

きれい　個室のお風呂が広い　お湯も直ぐに溜まった　ラブホテルかな？と思ったが　リゾートホテルとの事　よく分かりません

Cons:

回りにお店が無い　ルームサービスがあることは知らなくった　かなり走って夕食を買いに行った
エアコン(暖房)が朝まで効かなかった　寒かった

Big rooms with nice views but staff is totally rude and incompetent
Pros:

The hotel is a former love hotel, so it has a pretty private vibe if you like that. It has really nice, big and clean rooms. The location is also really nice and has great nature. Bathroom and ameneties are a highlight. Simple breakfast included.

Cons:

Although the rooms were really nice, the staff was the worst I have ever encountered in Japan. We wanted to forward our luggage to our next destination and I was asking kindly while checking in (in Japanese) if it is possible and when we should do it so it arrives on time. The older woman was pressuring us that we have to give her the luggage instantly though we have just arrived at the hotel. We were a bigger group and some were already relaxing at their rooms so it took some time for me to gather everyone back, however the woman was literally yelling at me why it takes so long since "I wanted forward it so badly". Never ever has japanese personal raised their voices at me, I was in shock! And the stay ruined for me. It was also never so complicated to request takuhaibin; I speak Japanese, lived there and come frequently back for vacation so I don't know what the problem was. At no point was I demanding or rude or anything like that, I just asked for a favor that any normal hotel should be able to accommodate.
Also, the hotel is pretty far away from the city center and only buses are driving (the latest is already at around 18h or so). Keep that in mind when traveling with big suitcases and without a car.
