Dobre miejsce do zwiedzenia Porto.
Pros:

Przestronny apartament blisko centrum i atrakcji turystycznych. Było czysto, łóżko było wygodne. Korkociąg do otwierania wina na wyposażeniu pokoju. 😉

Cons:

Brak ogrzewania w okresie zimowym. Zimno, klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania nie dawała rady. Brak żelazka.

La ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

Que no hay ningún tipo de flexibilidad con entrada y salida, a pesar de llegar un poco antes no podíamos dejar el equipaje, pero esperamos en sus áreas comunes.

La atención. Estuvimos sin calefacción desde el minuto 1 porque el calefactor estaba roto y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Pasamos 4 noches con 17º en la habitación y mucho frío y lluvia en la calle. Dijeron que lo comunicarían al equipo técnico y al ver que no venía nadie y seguíamos preguntando, dejaron de contestarnos… si la atención no hubiera sido tan pésima, el sitio no estaría tan mal. Pero sabiendo que si te encuentras cualquier problema no van a responder ni van a ofrecerte una solución o alternativa, les doy un 0. Muy, muy descontenta. Pasaban de nuestros mensajes y nos dejaron prácticamente solos, sin persona a la que acudir ni sitio donde quejarse. A través de booking se intentó llegar a un acuerdo y finalmente nos devolvieron 13€ de la reserva por esas 4 noches sin calefacción y sin atención. Una vergüenza.

Jak na tą cenę było naprawdę dobrze :)
Pros:

Obiekt w centrum, wszędzie blisko, było tv z możliwością zalogowania się do platformy Netflix, dostaliśmy 2 kapsułki do kawy

Cons:

Pokój był posprzątany tylko 1 dnia, kapsułki do kawy tak samo, tylko 1 dnia.

Nice stay, good location, some improvements/maintenance needed.
Pros:

Nice room. Even facing the street it was quiet at night. Good location of the hotel, a few minutes walk from the city center. Easy to find car parking on the hotel street just a few meters away.

Cons:

In the bathroom there was a small hole in the floor/wall junction and ants were coming in. We had to put some hands soap on it to prevent more. And the AC was weak, or not heating properly. We got cold weather in Porto and even with the AC on max heat, we still weren't able to get the room to a more confortable temperature.
