Emplacement central - logement qualitatif
Pros:

Emplacement central, équipements dans la chambre et parties communes très bien !

Cons:

Le manque d’aménagement extérieur afin de pouvoir profiter de l’espace (il manque du mobilier)

salon de jardin très sale - nous avons dû le nettoyer nous même afin de pouvoir en profiter.

J'ai pas descendu au jardin et l'espace partagé mais c'était bien arrangé aussi.
C'est pas la meilleure rue au porto mais l'isolation fonctionne au top

Pour commencer.
C’ est du self service, personne n’ est sur place.Impossible d’ ouvir la porte de la chambre avec la clé.Après 10 min de combat on a trouvé le truc.
La chambre se trouvait au dessus de l’ entrée et donc on entendait le claquement de la porte principale et on sentait les vibrations.Nettoyage salle de bain moyen on a trouvé des cheveux .
Impossible de communiquer par téléphone avec quelqu’un.
Par mail mail c’ était pas beaucoup mieux.
J’ ai quitté la chambre après 20 min au lieu d’ y rester 3 nuits.
Ils n’ ont pas voulu entendre notre problème.
Aucun geste de remboursement même partiel n’ a été proposé.

Bon séjour dans un établissement correct mais un peu trop autonome
Pros:

La localisation est sympa, proche du métro, grand espace dans la chambre

Cons:

La salle de bain qui mérite un coup de neuf, les serviettes de douches non changées en 5jours.
Pas de réception, tout se fait par message, pas de bagagerie gratuite !

Une excellente option!
Pros:

L'hébergement est très bien situé dans une zone dynamique et facilement accessible à pied ou en transports en commun. L'appartement est bien équipé et la terrasse est un atout supplémentaire. L'enregistrement a été facile et la plateforme en ligne proposant des services supplémentaires est appréciable.

Cons:

Pour un séjour en couple, les lits individuels, même collés, ne sont pas ce qu'il y a de plus confortable.

Very comfortable stay and great location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here in Porto. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The extra clothes rack made a big difference and was very convenient.

Cons:

There were no extra items in the bathroom like conditioner or body lotion, but that was okay since we had brought our own. The curtains were not very effective, as light came in early in the morning and sometimes woke us up.

Check-in und Check-out haben gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sogar mit Balkon und angrenzendem Bad. Sauberkeit war gut, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die Kontaktaufnahme zu den Besitzern, da die angegebene Telefonnummer nicht funktioniert hat, ebenso wie der Kontaktbutton in der App. Das Gebäude hat keine Hausnummer, sodass wir kurz suchen mussten. Der Bereich um die Kaffeemaschine war dreckig (Ringe von getrockneten Flüssigkeiten)

Perfect room and location - 100% recommend.
Pros:

Great location. The bed was really comfy and A/C was useful. We made good use of the smart TV during our down time which worked really well. The property was squeaky clean when we arrived and they also made the bed every day for us and tidied up. The bathroom was brilliant especially the shower which was really big. We even made use of the coffee machine to get a nice caffeine kick on the house to start our day. The room has beautiful decor. The room had natural light and a garden view but maintained privacy from the neighbouring roads. It’s also an excellent location with many attractions walking distance, but you can also get cheap taxis as an alternative when you don’t fancy the uphill walk from the river and we were also just a 2 minute walk from the local train station which we used to attend the Porto fc match. We were also right next to a convenience store and there’s many cafes where we bought pastries for breakfast on a couple of occasions. It was a perfect property and a brilliant price. Thank you to all those who maintain the property so well and made us feel so welcome.

Cons:

We struggled to open the key safe when we first arrived but that was probably an issue on our part. No other issues

Gostei muito da localização e do facto de estar tudo limpo.

Cons:

As almofadas não eram muito confortáveis e o facto de entrar muita luz e não ter cortinas no quarto, não foi muito confortável para dormir. Contudo, o restante está tudo muito bem.
