Pros:

We loved the Alegria Guesthouse. It is a lovely little tiled heritage building in the old town about 10 minutes walk from the river and just around the corner from all the main streets- but it was quiet and peaceful.
The room was great - a large space with a kitchenette, which we weren't expecting, with frig, kettle, cutlery and crockery and a little dining table and chairs.
The large windows have an expansive view over Porto - west for the sunset. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern.

There is also a shared kitchen and dining room on the first floor opening onto the back.garden. We were sad to see that the little pool in the back garden has been filled in but I think.it was only decorative and too small.to swim in anyway.
There's a supermarket just around the corner at the bottom of a large shopping complex and a couple of good little cafes just 3 minutes walk away.
We were on the top floor floor and we did have to walk up the stairs but they were easy stairs- wide and not very steep. We didnt find it a problem.

Un soggiorno confortevole in un ambiente curato e accogliente
Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa, arredata con gusto e dall’atmosfera accogliente, dotata di quasi tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La struttura è davvero piacevole dal punto di vista estetico; ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza, al piano terra, di un piccolo salottino comune e di un grazioso giardino, entrambi molto curati e invitanti. Anche le decorazioni contribuiscono a creare un ambiente caldo e piacevole. Il servizio clienti è stato rapido nelle risposte e sempre molto gentile.

Cons:

In bagno erano presenti due dispenser sul lavandino, ma non mi è stato chiaro se uno dei due contenesse shampoo. A mio parere, la presenza di uno shampoo dedicato sarebbe un servizio utile e apprezzato. Inoltre, avremmo gradito la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, opzione purtroppo non disponibile. Considerando gli spazi comuni presenti, credo che si potrebbe facilmente predisporre un’area con armadietti chiudibili a chiave, come ho visto in diverse altre strutture in Portogallo.

Service un peu compliqué
Pros:

Très bien placé , sous les combles mais climatisation qui fonctionne bien donc top ! Vue sur un petit jardin très agréable .

Cons:

Pas de papier toilettes en arrivant, une seule serviette pour deux personnes … le personnel a réagit mais loin de le faire rapidement … un peu limite …

Un apartamento muy coqueto en pleno centro de Oporto
Pros:

Nos encantó este apartamento y cada uno de sus rincones: tanto el baño, como el dormitorio, así como también la zona de las ventanas con la mesa y el coqueto rincón al exterior. Decoración con mucho gusto. Además la tele tenía todas las plataformas disponibles. Y si lo solicitabas, te limpiaban la habitación cada día, ¡mejor que un hotel!

Cons:

Por poner una pequeña pega, al ser el suelo del edificio de madera, se oía mucho cuando la gente subía las escaleras o caminaba por los otros apartamentos.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ansprechend.

Cons:

Sehr ärgerlich ist allerdings, dass ein "täglicher Turndown Service" angekündigt wird, de facto aber nur ein "Mid-time Cleaning" passiert. Als kein neues Toilettenpapier, keine frischen Handtücher, nur seltene Leerung des Mülleimers während der ganzen Woche. Das ist bei dem Zimmerpreis absolut unzureichend.

HABITACIONES MUY BONITAS COMO EN LAS FOTOS, TIENE UNA ZONA COMUN CON COCINA QUE BIENE MUY BIEN PARA DESAYUNAR Y TOMAR ALGO CUANDO TE APETEZCA, UNA ZONA DE JARDIN MUY COMODA PARA ESTAR TOMANDO EL SOL RELAJADO. ESTA MUY CENTRICO, TE PUEDES DESPLAZAR ANDANDO POR TODA LA CIUDAD

Vraiment bien mais pourrait être encore amélioré.
Pros:

L'emplacement, près de nombreux transports et facile d'accès.
La propreté et la décoration, exactement comme sur les photos.
Beaucoup de rangements.

Cons:

La porte est un peu difficile à ouvrir, il faut mettre un coup d'épaule pour qu'elle s'ouvre.
La télécommande de la télé ne marchait pas du tout même en changeant les piles, ça c'est inadmissible. J'ai dû télécharger une application sur mon téléphone pour me servir de la télé.
Il n'y a pas de shampoing et d'après-shampoing à disposition, seulement du savon.

La chambre correspondait bien à la photo et à nos attentes.
Bonne literie, belle décoration
Bon emplacement

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y a personne sur place en cas de besoin. Les explications sont un peu confuses pour le départ, où laisser les clefs. Je les ai remises dans la boîte à clef.

Emplacement central, équipements dans la chambre et parties communes très bien !

Cons:

Le manque d’aménagement extérieur afin de pouvoir profiter de l’espace (il manque du mobilier)

Horrible, pas y aller.

Pour commencer.
C’ est du self service, personne n’ est sur place.Impossible d’ ouvir la porte de la chambre avec la clé.Après 10 min de combat on a trouvé le truc.
La chambre se trouvait au dessus de l’ entrée et donc on entendait le claquement de la porte principale et on sentait les vibrations.Nettoyage salle de bain moyen on a trouvé des cheveux .
Impossible de communiquer par téléphone avec quelqu’un.
Par mail mail c’ était pas beaucoup mieux.
J’ ai quitté la chambre après 20 min au lieu d’ y rester 3 nuits.
Ils n’ ont pas voulu entendre notre problème.
Aucun geste de remboursement même partiel n’ a été proposé.
