When we arrived at the location the front of the house was a mess with rubbish in the garden. We then had to remove are shoes and walk on dirty carpet without socks as we had sandles. The room wasn’t made and we had to wait in an extremely dirty kitchen. The cleaner spent about 5 minutes ‘cleaning’ the room. When entering the room was dirty with strange ‘poo’ stains in the walls. Everything was grubby the mirror had stains. We inspected the bed because of the quick ‘clean’ and noticed long black hair which didn’t belong to any of us and lots of dirt on the duvet. We contacted the landlord who was extremely rude and scary on the phone and refused to refund us. We felt unsafe at the property and left. The landlord refused to give us a refund despite all of the issues at the property and it is definitely not as advertised. We are very disappointed and would not recommend.

Dårlig rengøring både på værelse og fælles områder. Ikke rent sengetøj, beskidt under og rundt om sengene og på spejle mm.
Fik først et værelse og så et andet, dårlig oplevelse. Lyd-gener fra badeværelse og maskine udenfor? Ikke vedligeholdt, gammel madrasser ved hovedindgang og gamle affalds møbler ude og puds der falder af. Gulvtæppe på værelser

Edificio viejo y maloliente, desde que abres la puerta calle. También habitación HUELE MAL. No me hospedé por ese motivo. Estuve ahí 20 minutos y pagué 3 noches. ME COBRARON TODA LA RESERVA. ES ABUSIVO E INJUSTO. Alfombra hiper sucia que despide mal olor humor y bacterias concentradas. El edificio no recibe mantenimiemto ni limpieza profunda básica. La habitación es no-agradable. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Muchas escaleras. No responde los mensajes sino el mero dia de llegada. Acceso inseguro, misma combinación a la vista en ambas cajas candados exteriores. Exigen pagar por adelantado sin garantías y NO REEMBOLSARON mi pago. No me quedé por insalubre y desagradable. Exijo mi derecho al reembolso total porque la falla es del anfitrión, No del cliente. No pueden imponer pago por un "servicio" malo y sucio. Booking debiera asegurar garantías al cliente y no pasarle la decisión al anfitrión negligente. ¿Booking cuál es la garantía que ofreces como intermediario cuando quien falla es el anfitrión? Se asegura un dinero de modo negligente sin hacerse cargo de su responsabilidad como hospedador.

The bed was a bit too small for two persons, so for us this was a bit of a bummer but we managed. The entrance at the back could be cleared up, it was quite messy and had us first doubt if it was the right location.

Für die Größe des Zimmers war es recht leer, alles bräuchte mal eine tiefgängigere Reinigung und vor allem der Geruch der Betten ist unzumutbar. Die Matratze inklusive der Bettdecke und den Kissen haben nach alten Socken gerochen in einem Ausmaß von dem ich mich gezwungen sah, auf Handtüchern und in Jacke auf dem Bett zu liegen um einschlafen zu können. Man hat zudem das Gefühl, dass verzweifelt versucht wird den Geruch durch extrem starkes Waschmittel (welches scheinbar nicht richtig rausgewaschen wurde) zu übertönen.
Nur empfehlenswert wenn man den Geruchsinn eines Regenwurms hat.

Another light/lamp in the room would really benefit the comfort.
Nice to add in a carpet or doormat of some kind? Maybe a coat rack of a small table beside the door to throw bits.

The room wasn’t as advertised it was scruffy and the bathroom was also dirty. It was warm in the room and the plugs were far there was a fan. It was noisy within the others and difficult to sleep. There were a code on the door so you had to take a photo and then your phone into the bathroom otherwise you would’ve not been able to get it. The place was down an alley and I didn’t find it safe as a lone woman.
