Pros:

the location is near to beach

Cons:

The staff said that my booking is not in their list, then after show the booking and take a long time to check by phone to the owner he said okay you have your booking but charge extra fee for AC room even I told that we booked for AC room. The room is quite dirty and the AC did not work properly (the AC is run but not cool enough, need service)
