Das Zimmer ist schön

Cons:

Ich bin um 10 in der Anlage angekommen. Viel Telefon
Niemand da. Habe dann bis 13 Uhr in einem Stuhl geschlafen. Dann kam eine Mail mit dem Code für den Schlüsslsafe.
Dann kam jemand und forderte 2000 Peso Kaution. Bezahlt bar gleich Termin für Übergabe vereinbart und Rückgabe der Kaution in Bar vereinbart.
Zum Zermin keiner da. Nach viel Telefon erscheint eine Frau natürlich ohne Kaution.
Macht ein Foto meiner Scheckkarte.
Natürlich bis heute keine Rückerstattung

Absolut nicht zu Empfehlen. Betrüger

Pros:

Place is nice.. Clean sorroundings.. Complete as if you are staying in your own abode.. If you wish to cook they have electric stoves and some kitchen ware to use.. They also have electric kettle available and rice cooker.. Also have microwave oven and mini fridge for your fresh items and beverages and etc..

Cons:

The only issues wuth my stay was the internet.. I message the staff and they said they will fixed it.. Hopefully in the next stay it will be fixed.. ☺️☺️☺️

The host posted a two double bedroom with extra facilities like washer, hair dryer,etc but upon payment and confirmation, we were given a different unit that only had a one bed bedroom and our 16 yo daughter has to sleep on the couch without beddings and also the facilities stated on their post were missing. The host was quite arrogant and didn't have the proper ethics in handling her guests. I highly do not recommend the place which was on BUILDING 9 ROOM 903H

Modern room with no no no onsite service, or support. Caution required.

Cons:

On arrival, the assigned room was occupied, over 90 minutes of trying to contact owner, who stays many miles away, we were given a pleasant modern room., yet with sink and bath Badin taps almost falling off, plus one heavy kitchen cupboard door falling when it was opened.
Breakfast was disgusting, minimal, oily, and prepared miles away at a different location. Just a splash of rice and oily partially warm omelette.
No tea or coffee provided..

Cons:

The floor was wet. There was water leakage under the sink it was flooded and our bags got wet. I reported it to the admin. I was fine 200 pesos for hanging clothes in the terrace, although I wasn't verbally informed that this was not allowed. Had I've known this, I would not have hung my clothes on the terrace whatsoever. There was no proper communication and not enough information about the house rules. The place is so basic and definitely I will recommend it to my friends.

Cons:

No shower curtains, no hot water on my last day, no bidet, no bucket in the bathroom, WiFi is weak, no Netflix, very strong smell of bleach, it's very hard to get a hold of the host, does not respond back when you message them

Scamming foreign tourists
Cons:

Dirty , ants , rock hard bed and 4500 peso deposit has not been refunded after 2 months, no damage was done to the apartment but being a foreign tourist i have been scammed out of my safety deposit , avoid this place, other apartments are alot better

Cancelled our stay since the check in was very late and its so hard to contact the staff. The owner lacks professionalism , we waited for almost 4hrs from our check in time since the room os not yet clean and I dont't feel ang sense of urgency on her part.
