Pros:

We had booked in all Five Rooms. The ambiance was not at all good. There was no restaurant facilities. Absolute lack of staff. the water and electricity facilities were dismal. Absolute lack of cleanliness and hygiene . The toiletries was totally absent. facilities for making tea coffee were dismal No proper Glass and spoon were provided. The Airconditioners were very poorly maintained. The T.V was provided for name sake and was unfunctional. Inspite of repeated complaints no steps whatsoever were to remedy the defects.
