良い旅ができました
Pros:

東寺のライトアップに行きたかったのですが、情報がよくわからぬまま、京都観光でヘトヘトになり、19:30頃チェックインしました。カウンターにチラシがあったため、話をしていたら、スタッフの方がすぐに気づいて、説明して下さり、本当に行きたかったので、行くことができ、とても嬉しかったです。

アイス、ドリンクサービス。

Cons:

従業員のホスピタリティがない。問い合わせに対するメールによる回答も雑でした。朝食提供時の従業員はよかったです。受付全般があり得ないレベル。
