Kyoto is a must
Pros:

Breakfast OK

Cons:

We did not like the location, far from the city and far from city center. But it was our fault not to plain carefully. Nothing to complaint. But the hot bath was superb, helped to relax.

Pros:

Есть прачечная, но порою в ней было очень душно.

Cons:

Бесплатная вода в холле могла закончиться, и ее не восполняли. Иногда по утрам мешали громкие разговоры персонала за коридоре за пределами номера. По завтраку было мало выбора.

We enjoyed our stay in Kyoto and loved the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is ~12 mins close to Jujo and To-Ji temple. The area looks a bit industrial, but it's safe and quiet. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, the room was more spacious than I thought it would be. You can also use the public bathroom (like an onsen) - men and women are separate. This was a great treat. Also, a lovely bonus is the idea that they give you some drinks and icecream in the afternoon to enjoy at your own leisure.

The breakfast was buffet style, and the food was good so nothing to complain. Just remember that at ~9:30 or a bit earlier they already start to wrap up. Overall, we enjoyed this trip and we had everything we needed and more!

Cons:

Although it looked it's quite central, the transportation is limited in Kyoto so in general we took a bus to get close to house. Just ensure you plan your return well during the evening.

宿泊含めて、楽しかったです！
Pros:

チェックインがかなり遅くなってしまいましたが、フロントの方がとても丁寧に、明るく対応してくださって安心しました。お部屋も綺麗だし、京都に宿泊の時は絶対にこちらに宿泊します！

Cons:

特にないけど…強いて言えば、お部屋にお茶と紅茶があったけとコーヒーもあれば嬉しいです。
