Loved the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Pros:

The parking that right behind the hotel and the convenience of the 7-Eleven which also provided the parking for our minivan when trying to check-in. Even though the room was small, it was clean and fully equipped.

Cons:

It would be perfect if the room was a bit bigger, but it was a wishful thinking.

The beds make it not worth staying. I couldn’t wait to leave so I can get better sleep but otherwise the hotel was fine
Pros:

Very clean and full amenities provided. The front desk staff helped us arrange luggage transportation easily.

Cons:

The most uncomfortable bed any of our group of 4 have ever slept on. Truly as firm and stiff as laying directly on the floor. The pillow was also somehow just as bad where I resorted in sleeping on my jacket instead. Location is also very quiet and suburban so it’s not as easy access to the rest of Kyoto as we had hoped.

Buena relación calidad precio.
Pros:

Relación calidad precio, instalaciones (lavadoras y Onsen), y proximidad a un 7/11 y a una parada de metro.

Cons:

Está alejado del centro y nos sorprendió que aunque limpian las habitaciones todos los días, no hacen la cama.

Pros:

先ず朝食が美味しかったです。
特に漬物が美味しかったです。
後はツインのベッドがそれぞれセミダブルサイズありゆっくり休めました。
お風呂も洗い場が広いところが３箇所ありゆっくり洗うことができました。
また近所に居酒屋紀の川という地元の方に愛される安くて美味しいお酒と安くてとても美味しいお酒の肴のお料理をいただけて大満足でした。

Cons:

朝食会場のテーブルとイスの間隔が狭くてお料理を運ぶのに苦労しました。
男子大浴場の引き戸がマグネットなので出入りする方が丁寧にしてくれないと開いてしまっていて困りました。
